The hotel was in a nice location, attractive decor, clean and a nice price. I thought this hotel was very cute. It was simple, but clean and I liked the location and the price. This hotel was a very nice place to stay.

the room was nice, clean, and well maintained. however, the overall appearance of the hotel were moderatly kept. Continental breakfast had a nice assorment of items. The playground that is mentioned on the web side poorly maintained and the wood looked dry rotted. Good value for your money but nothing more.

This hotel must have been updated since others have been here. We stayed twice this year, once in January and once in May, and my sister and her friends stayed over spring break in march. Great price - and it's located right down 192 from Disney World. (They also have a shuttle if you don't want to drive yourself. Save parking fees!) Lots of restaurants nearby. The beds were comfortable and CLEAN (I even checked the mattress- on both stays, they were spotless!) The suites are great, 2 bathrooms and a living room, great for staying with friends. The bathrooms aren't exactly well lit (show me a hotel that has great bathroom lighting...) but no mold or mildew, no curling wallpaper... the sink area was nice and clean... the king beds are COMFY! The continental breakfast in the morning could be improved (instead go across the street for Bob Evans!) but they have a waffle maker and provide fresh fruit and juices. :) The staff has always been friendly, if not sometimes seeming a little apathetic, and check-in has always been quick. Overall we have been satisfied with this hotel, my husband and I are planning to stay here again this weekend for our anniversary trip to Disney. I'll leave another review after we get back! :)

Our room had been updated and it had good decor; and appeared to be well maintained. Had a musty smell when we first arrived in our room; perhaps the carpet had been wet.

they upgraded us right away to have a refidgerator and microwave. Very friendly, felt very safe. Good location with grocery store near by and target. I was very pleased. The hottub outside was kind of falling apart, needed caulking, but it didn't keep us from going in it. It was a nice size and not too hot, Easy to get to all the great attractions. Keep in mind there are lots of Tolls you have to thow in a buck or $ .50. Hightly recommended. We have 2 kids 6 and 8 and I felt very comfortable to have them here.

It was nothing like it looked on the site. It was very run down and I didn't feel safe with my 2 children. The slide lock on the door was even broken off. We put our large suitcase in front of the door.

Very inexpensive & good breakfast. Rundown driveway/parking.

Door stuck, bathroom had mold and mildew, beds were uncomfortable, light in bathroom kept flickering, pocket door between bathroom and room, night staff was horrible.

For the most part it was comfortible, and clean. Alittle apprehensive for proper security on the premsis. One night stay, just looking for a decent night rest before continuing or trip. We were there only 8 hours so my stay there was very brief. The only concern I had was security. Our room was in the back with few lights in the parking area. I believe all security was done through the local police force.

was clean but the staff spoke little english. The gameroom was a joke!!!!. You can rent jet skis on the property. Good for the money would stay again.

The hotel is located by several stores & restaurants. The hotel is very outdated, the breakfast area is quite small. My family chose this hotel because of the complimentary breakfast & the shuttle bus. Both were quite disappointing. The breakfast area was quite small to accommodate a large number of people & the shuttle buses had one time available for arrival & pick up to the parks. So we chose to drive ourselves to the park daily.

Clean room; comfortable. Location in heart of strip of hotels by Disney; depressing. Fine hotel. Clean and pleasant. Easy check-in. Only problem is the location--it's surrounded by neon signs of other hotels near Disney. It was a bit difficult to find, and the neighborhood is dreary. Hotel itself was fine.

It smelled like wet old carpet, it had mildew on curtains etc. They really need to change their carpets and renovate the place. Mildewon curtain, never a good thing to be around.

Its location was great. The room needs an overhaul. The hotel is in wonderful area for travelers with children. For the money, we could have gotten a nicer room if we didn't lock in with your company. The room needs a major overhaul. The mold around the bathroom was terrible. The carpet was coming up all over the place. It was shredding and pieces were all over the place. The beds were comfortable. The walls needed to be redone. I was not thrilled.

Very Clean. One of the waffle makers was broken. This is a very clean hotel. We were pleasantly surprised.

Very clean. Plain Jane Hotel. A step above Motel 6. Nice cheap place to stay with no major amenities. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable.

Location, please remove from 3 star status. Dirty. Good location, but dirty, cats & raccoons everywhere.

Across street from Bob Evans. Old, shabby, too many feral cats roaming property. Turns out we had stayed at this property several times about 10-15 years ago when it was Park Inn International. New owners seem to have done nothing to spruce things up except put marble slab on vanity top.
