The Comfort Inn had a Table and Chairs. The free breakfast was very ample and clean. We had a refrig and microwave. It was good value for the price. athe pool was still closed for the season but look good.

Nothing. It was not too clean nor was it convenient to find. It needs to be seriously upgraded inside and out. With all cameras in hallways and stuff, made it seem that you were not safe staying there due to near the interstate. Also had homeless people hanging out in front where you drive in.

great value for the type of room i stayed in. The staff was very helpful in tending to my needs. the room itself was clean and they provided a shuttle service which was very convenient for me. only problem was that the bulb was burnt out near the night stand. other than that the room was nice and clean and i would recommend this to other travelers.

This is a very nice hotel for the price you pay. Old Route 66 is a short drive and it's conveniently located right off I-40.

Couldn't sleep because of the noise. As a traveler, rest is very important. We were awakened at midnight by screaming children. They were literally running wild in the hallway, This went on for 3 hours. We called but it still took way too long to quiet down the kids. I've stayed in many hotels/motels in my life and this was my worst experience.

Arrived late at night. Front desk was ready with reservation. They were polite. Room was nice, clean and up to date. For the value, I would stay there again. Hotel was slighly off the beaten path, but had no trouble locating it. Reasonably close to Old Town if your going there.

The place is great, I stayed overnight and was out early the next day, so I didn't checkout te breakfast, but the rooms were clean and quite.

Desk personnel were professional, helpful & pleasant. Lighting in the rooms was a little dim. The rooms were quiet dispute being next to the freeway, the personnel were great and the rooms were clean and appeared well maintained.

Very hard to find place even though it was right off highway. Adjacent restaurant served inedible, terrible food. No soundproofing, I got no sleep, could hear coathangers being moved upstaits.

This is a fine place to stay if you're looking for a clean affordable room. It is older so the decor is not up-to-date and the carpeting is less than pristine. But I was looking for a place to sleep, see a little TV and have a shower in the morning. This Quality Inn fit for me. Oh, also, the staff was especially friendly. I like that.

The lobby looked nice. The location was dangerous, it had a bar and vacant buildings nearby. The hotel was in a completely unsafe area, especially for a family.

For the price (under fifty), this can't be beat. Great breakfast, clean and very comfortable room, high speed internet access, and convenient location. The neighborhood was very suspicious, but we had no troubles with it. Overall, would highly recommend. "

Hotel is in downtown albuquerque. There is no shuttle after 8 on Sunday. I had to take a taxi. The driver could not find the hotel and could not find the access street. The meter was $37.00. I only had $17. The taxi driver was okay with that after all the problems. There was only one desk clerk who was on the phone with another client and I finally had to interrupt her to check in. I was put in a terrible room that was a smoking room and smelled like something died there. I was finally able to get a non-smoking room that was clean and nice smelling. The shuttle in the morning was in a family van and only 5 people could fit in with baggage. It was a first come first served situation. The shuttle was to leave at 7 and I had an 8 am flight. Fortunately I was with three very pushy airport people who demanded we get shuttled first before the truck drivers. A cheap place, clean, not enough employees to provide all services advertised for the weekend.

The Quality Inn in the downtown area of Albuquerque was one of the best values for the money of any place we have ever stayed. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The Quality Inn on the east side of Flagstaff was fine, the rooms were somewhat smaller but clean, however the breakfast room was much to small to accomadate all the patrons.

Convenient location, clean, airy, accommodating, and friendly staff. Some general cosmetic repairs left unattended gave it an unkempt feeling at times. The hotel was clean, airy, and conveniently located. I was greeted by a friendly staff that was more than willing to insure that I had a wonderful stay. They were accommodating in many ways and I was pleasantly surprised of my experience. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others who are traveling to the Albuquerque area.

We were originally given a room that smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. After request we were moved to a clean and comfortable room. The only negative was the heater in the room that was rather noisy and tended to wake us at night when it came on.

The hotel staff was as friendly as they possibly could have been, gave accurate directions and were genuinely invested in our stay. The walls were very thin and we could hear most sounds above and around us. The room, pool and common areas were very clean and comfortable. The disappointing part of this hotel was the noise. A simple pair of earplugs would've made this stay much more comfortable.

Convenient, clean, restaurant next door, shuttle. Ice machine on our floor was broken the whole time we were there. Close to shopping at Old Town and the Convention Center where we Bowled.
