The Quality Inn in Batavia was all that I expected. A convenient location right off the NY Thruway for a quick overnight prior to continuing our trip. The room was larger than standard given that it was handicap accessible on the first floor. Even though we faced the parking lot, noise was never an issue. Hotel staff was very helpful in giving directions to local restaurants and right down the street is both Target and Walmart shopping centers. Breakfast feature is always attractive to me with teenage boys but the seating was somewhat limited in the breakfast alcove off the lobby. All in all a good value hotel.

What a great surprise to find this diamond of a hotel. The management really seems to care for this facility as each detail of this hotel is taken care of with pride from the items on the breakfast bar to the pool the fitness center and the business center...great job

Clean, convenient to I-90, had the basics. It was clean and neat, very close to I-90; met our needs well, hotel staff wasvery pleasant.

I love this hotel. It is the newest in the market and the process of check in and out is very fast and efficient. There is also a nice business center in the lobby. But best of all the rooms are very comfortable and clean...try this hotel out.

Every thing good. Noisy room facing the NYS Thruway. Be sure to ask for room in the front away from Thruway.
