My husband and I were traveling to Danbury for a funeral and wake and needed a place to stay for three days. Our experience went from bad to worse as we arrived around 10:00pm, checked in with a great deal of confusion because they had the wrong credit card number and finally fell into bed exhausted. In the morning I was pulling the covers up so that the cleaning staff wouldn't have to change the sheets and discovered that the bed had not been changed before we arrived. The sheets were dirty and had blood spots in several places. There was still food on the outside of the microwave and a powdery substance on the bed side table. We immediately complained and asked for the room to be cleaned immediately. We also asked to speak with the manager and were told that he would be in shortly. He didn't contact us that day and when we inquired the next day were told that he would be in from 2:00pm until 11:00pm. We still didn't hear from him until we arrived back from the funeral at 9:30 pm to discover that our bed was stripped down to the mattress. After speaking to the desk we were told that the manager said we were to move to another room as compensation for the uncleaned room the first night. We spent the night in our new room and checked out the next morning. Other notes: The toaster didn't work in the breakfast area, the hair dryer in our room had no heat and when my daughter checked out the desk clerk refused to give her a receipt! We were both given several different explanations about the credit card numbers and how Orbitz works in terms of reservations and now are monitoring our credit and bank accounts. As I said... please don't stay there!

Hotel was not very clean, swimming pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages.

Reasonable service at checkin with a clean lobby. Hallways are dark with a strange odor. Ground level access doorlock was disabled (broken). Room was slightly worn out, A/C performance was sub-par. Mystery goo dried on clock radio. TV worked well with plenty of channels, hot shower, clean bathroom. Good resteraunt attached to hotel.

Quite comfortable with two spacious beds. Below ground and non functioning windows, would do well to have the whole floor non smoking. We were in a room with a thin adjoining door, and neighbors who played the TV very loudly late at night and early in the morning. The breakfast buffet was very nicely run and the staff woman was very efficient and friendly.

Room was conveiently laid out for a business traveller. Difficult to find, staff somewhat weak on directions.

It was in a good location. It was cold room and uncomfortable. I was unhappy with the hotel because the phone didn't work and the toilet broke. When I complained to the Manager, I went to work and she called me and denied that the phone and the toilet were not working. I would never stay here again.

Nothing. Dirty, I think they just bombed for cockroaches, smelled horrible and I got no sleep. Gross!

The pool was fantastic. Room very clean. Breakfast area in a corner and too hard to obtain food. The accommodations and pool were great. The bed very comfortable, but pillows hard. Thankfully I brought my own. The breakfast area was arranged in a corner and very difficult for more then one person to be in the area at a time.

Location. Restaurant was closed. We have stayed here several times due to the location. Always clean, and staff very efficient, no problems with reservations.

Great location to I-84, restaurants, and entertainment. The room had an odor to it. The room had outdated amenities. Knowing the Danbury area pretty well, the hotel has a great location to the movie theater, many restaurants, and a few bars. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. The room was freshly cleaned, but smelled far from fresh. The hot water pressure from the sink was low. I asked for a queen bed and received a full.
