The indoor pool advertised as an amenity was not open, the advertised Wi-Fi did not work in our room, the non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke, the clothes hanger fell halfway out of the wall when I hung my suitcase, the shower sounded like the pipes were about to explode when the water was running, and there was a (all caps) warning inside the door to "DOUBLE LOCK DOOR FOR YOUR SAFETY."

Staff was excellent and personable. Was in need of some renovations. Adequate accommodations.

Overall the stay was okay. But there were issues with the room: security deadbolt did not match up with the slot in the door jamb so we could not use it. We could not get the lights by the bed to work. Little pressure or volume in the shower. The continental breakfast was okay, but things were running out fast when we ate. This was with plenty of time before the end of serving. In fact, there were quite a few people who came in after us. Seating space was at a premium. We may or may not stay, again.

Decent place overall. A little more expensive then I thought it should be. Conveinent location.

No one broke into our room and nothing was stolen. There was trash all around, some of the room were boarded up. Hotel was in a run down part of town. The hotel was old and looked like no one took care of it. Many rooms were boarded up. The walls were paper thin, we were woken up by people above us, because the bed was banging against the wall & we could hear the bed springs creaking. I'm glad they had a good time, but I just don't like sharing it with them.

it was an ok stay just felt like i was stayin in the hood. i dont know i felt the customer service could have been much better. not for me but it was a some where to sleep. but never again.

I liked the mini suite and kitchen appliances; breakfast was very good. Had to ask for soap; television channels are very limited. I enjoyed the mini suite. The refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and iron were convenient. It was comfortable and would be a nice place to stay with the children. I would definitely book this room again.

We expected more from a Choice Hotel. We checked in and the lobby smelled like stale smoke. Cigarette butts all over parking lot. Door to hallway was unlocked & supposed to be locked. Room was dark, dingy and dirty. We walked out and got a refund. "

Proximity to Quest Center. Cheap. Although the bathroom had been remodeled with new fixtures, we found them loose and poorly installed. Everything about the place was cheap and poorly done. It is a bottom end motel and certainly not a 2 star hotel.

I've been to a few Quality Inns before, and this was on par with them. The desk people were very friendly and helpful and there was a shuttle available. Breakfast was great! Pillows were a bit thin. Indoor pool looked good, but we didn't get the chance to use it. Everything was very clean.

The people who worked there and the location. Nothing. This motel staff was very helpful and nice. I liked the fact they had a shuttle to places 5 miles away.

i stay in a lot of hotels and accept that this is an inexpensive place by the airport. bugs in the bathroom, pine sol smell, edgy surrounding businesses - i do not like sleepless night on the road

Comfortable beds, helpful staff. Needs updating, heating was semi-functional. Older hotel that needs updating, close to downtown council bluffs but in an older neighborhood so we didn't feel really safe. Wouldn't stay more than one night.

We picked this hotel because it was somewhat close to the airport and we had an early flight. The room was dirty and run down. The hallways looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. We were afraid to actually pull back the covers so we slept on top of the comforter. NOT GOOD!

They had shuttle service for locations anywhere. Premises were not well maintained, staff not professional. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the hotel itself needs updating. For the price, I expected more.

"This hotel was wonderful to stay at as I was traveling with my two grandchildren, one who is handicapped, and the staff and the van driver was absolutely wonderful and I was so happy to stay there again when I returned from my stay on the west coast from returning my grandchildren home."

It was a very clean and quiet hotel. We had to go to the office one night to get towels, because the maid did not do it. The Quality Inn in Council Bluffs was a very nice, clean, and quiet place to stay. The office staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was great.

Helpful front desk staff. Needs to be refurbished, its pretty shabby. Nice people, hotel is run down, breakfast is o.k. at best. They could not fix the toilet, even after 2 tries. I fixed it myself. Good location. Nice pool. Beds are very comfortable.

The large rooms are great, breakfast was good. Not smell too clean, seemed dirty, fridge need defrosted. This was overall a good stay. It was seemingly dirty and too many barking dogs. The room, once inside though, was great. Peeling tub caulking, fridge not working, maintenance never showing up took away from the overall picture.

Breakfast. Evening reception lady was not very excited to work there. Hotel rooms are fine. Location is not close to interstate.
