Nice hot tub area for individual or group use. Pool area was pleasent but swim party going on. Nice breakfast buffet with a little extra than some places. Would stay again. Pet friendly also.

The staff was very helpful. Slow drain in tub. I was impressed with the hotel. It exceeded my expectations. The lady that helped us was able to get us a room on the ground floor due to my husband having a broke foot. It made it so much better for us. The beds were VERY comfortable. We plan on staying there again when we come back. We will definitely tell others about Quality Inn.

Desk staff was very friendly. However, bathroom ceiling had slight damage, pool had dirt in the bottom and the free breakfast--well, we went somewhere else for breakfast. But I have to say that for the money, room was clean and comfortable. Yes, this hotel has seen it's better days but for the short time we were there, we did enjoy one of the enclosed hot tubs.

This is an aging motel that is starting to show signs of neglect, but is still not a bad value for the money. Rooms were pretty clean with comfortable beds. Common areas are not kept up as well as the rooms. The wireless internet signal is not strong enough for a connection in the room but works down by the front desk. The hot tub and pool area were once very nice but need a little extra attention now.

Lots of pillows on bed. Room not ready, AC not working. When we arrived at 4:30 pm the room wasn't ready. The AC was not working and the maintenance staff was working on it. We checked in and left and did not return till after 10:30 that evening. Upon return our room wasn't any different than when we left it. The AC was still torn apart. After complaining maintenance did finish up in the room. However the carpet was wet. Overall I was not impressed with my stay.

The good: new mattresses, new comforters, breakfast included, on-site bar & restaurant. The bad: There was a strange brown sticky looking smear on the bathroom door frame. A light brown spot on the back of the toilet seat. A curly black hair and at least months of dust on the backsplash of the sink. Soap spots on the sink faucet. The door cards are deactivated if they come in contact with keys, phone, wallet, Wal-mart (per the staff), or just about anything. We went through 5 sets before keeping them in a pocket by themselves. Overall, I would not stay here again because if they don't clean the bathrooms, it just grosses me out!

Check in went well. We were greeted by a freindly clerk. After freshing up in our room, the problems began when we tried to leave for our first time. The door on the room would not lock. We were on a time line with a reservation and had already unpacked our stuff. A very helpful young man at the front desk immediately took charge of the situation and assured us the he would personnally make sure that our room would be secured and that our stuff would be safe. We crossed our fingers and trusted that the young man would do as he said. Sure enough, upon returning, he was at the door with at a maintenance man who was just finishing repairing the lock. This was at 11:00 PM on a Saturday night. The room now locked. The problem was that the lock could not be programmed to unlock with the normal room sliding credit card key. The only way we could get back into the room was to have someone from the front desk come with a master key and let us in. Our room was in the far north 40 and a long walk to the front desk. This became very inconvenant. We couldn't go anywhere without having to wait for someone to become available to come with us to our room and unlock the door. This also meant the room cleaning staff couldn't get in the room to clean until we were in the room to let them in. They only time they came to clean was when we were taking a short nap between activities. We asked that they return later but they never did. Our room never was cleaned. While the staff as freindly and tried to help the situation the best they could, going to the front desk to be let into our room every time was very annoying and irratating. For all of our inconvience all we got at check out was We're sorry. At no time did they offer to discount the room, offer us a drink in their bar, or even try to move us to another room. Our stay might have been pleasant, but we will never know.

The pool and spa areas. Crowded breakfast area. We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the hotel. We did not like that you could only use the computer in the common area from 6 am to 10 am. The breakfast area was crowded and both mornings the staff seemed to have trouble keeping the food and drink filled for guests.

This motel was in shabby condition. Common areas showed years of wear and tear. Carpeting and chairs were stained. Rooms were however clean. This was unexpected based upon the price of the room.

Convenience, previous experience. The motel is a very nice, mid range motel for business and pleasure. My only complaint was no television service, however, that may have been due to area wide thunderstorms.

It was not clean, sat next to a noisy highway, people made noise in hall allnight. I understand that it was prime traveling season in a tourist town, But I was told that my room would not be ready at the scheduled check in time. They had hot tubs out of order. The swimming pool was out side and the lighting was terrible. The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the bathtub. The highway was right accross the parkinglot and was very noisy. There was also allot of people standing around the parkinglot late at night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and extended pool hours. Great place to stay with kids. Excellent game room, outdoor pool area, hot tubs and family friendly prices in the restaurant.

Easy to find great location and room was ok. The complimentary breakfast was terrible we had to go to a restaurant. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was ok. Would recommend this hotel to families they had a nice pool and was in a great location for short distances to gas station and food.

The heated pool and indoor Jacuzzis. Smoking facility. Located in the heart of Canon City, close to many activities in the area, convenient to local businesses.

Many hot tubs and large pool with plenty of pool towels. Wireless internet service was intermittent with a problem in the breakfast area. This was a very pleasant stay and a great price for the amenities. The plaques indicating cowboy acting greats which stayed there in the past was a great touch.

Location. Everything! Dirty, disgusting, uncomfortable, scary, loud, and gross! This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We got stuck in canon unexpectedly and had no other choice but to stay at this disgusting place. It was way over priced for what we received. The halls and room stunk of mold. The entire room was in need of a cleaning. Housekeeping left behind an infant shirt and dirty diaper under one of the beds, which we did not find until after we were leaving. There was food left on the side of the bed from a past guest. The coffee pot had never been cleaned out. The bathroom had mold. The towels were rags. The staff at check in was quick to help us check in, but ignored the fact that we needed two beds and something on the bottom floor. This hotel has no elevators. We explained that my grandmother hurt her back and could not do stairs. We had to literally hike to our room then found that there was only one bed. We were then told to come back down the stairs walk down the long hall and come to the desk to get new keys. Then we could walk easily to our new room. Well good thing we drove around because she would have never made it. It was a horrible experience. Once we got into the room my grandmother was so exhausted that she could barely move. I am 8 months pregnant and could not help her. We had no choice but to stay in the dirty disquieting room. I have a 3 year old and I was terrified for him to touch anything. We laid out our beach towels on the beds and touched nothing. We showered with shoes on and touched knobs with washcloths. I was very, very disappointed with our stay. I did explain our dissatisfaction at check out and the staff made notes and apologized. But I want to make sure that the hotels management is aware of how bad the hotel actually is.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were nice. I wish the price had been better. This hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was wonderful and the older kids enjoyed playing pool and swimming.
