The outside of building looks new the inside is not. Poor housekeeping. A disappointment especially given the price. Will not stay there again.

Lobby and pool/fitness area neat and clean. Smoking room horrendous, not enough non-smoking rooms. Staff a bit rude on check in when asked if a non-smoking room had come available (a 'you got what you booked' attitude). However, different staff on Sunday did accommodate a room change to non-smoking, so my spouse who has asthma did get sleep the second night. No hairdryer in room had to be picked up from the front desk. Would not use this hotel again.

Wouldn't stay here again. Room and bathroom were small and musty. Air conditioner in room was extremely loud!! Indoor pool was nice but, again, the noisy fan in the pool area was quite annoying. Breakfast buffet = average and predictable.

we have no complaints. it was nicer than we expected and the location was perfect for our needs. the staff was pleasent and helpful.

Indoor pool area was relaxing. My family enjoyed staying here. The indoor pool was very nice. The hotel staff was great. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I actually had two reservations at this hotel one as part of a Biltmore House Package for Oct 12-13 and then one through Travel agency for Oct 14. When we checked in, the pillow on the sofa was ripped with cotton coming out of it, and the picture was missing off of the wall. The hangers were there for the picture but the picture was missing. When my wife went to use the bathroom sink water poured onto the floor from a leaky pipe. To the staff's credit, when we reported the problems they fixed the problems including hanging a picture on the wall. At the price I paid these things should have been taken care of before I arrived. The staff was courteous and provided good service but they need to improve on their room maintenance.

Indoor pool, friendly staff, good location and clean. They rented out the pool to a local person who threw a pool/birthday party for their 8-10 year old daughter. The pool was unusable for a day.

At the rate we paid. The hotel was in need of improvement poor ventilation in bath roommold growing on shower curtain. No phone directory. no hair dryer in bath room. As stated. The rate we paid.There are a lot of room for improvement.

I liked the Deluxe continental breakfast. I also liked the indoor pool. I could hear a dog barking in a neighboring room. Overall, it was great.
