I loved the hotel, it was in a great location around everything. Right on the beach, walking distance to just about most resturants and activities.

The hotel has a great location right on the beach. Unfortunately the room I had was on the North side of the building so the balcony with a partial ocean view was across from the Hilton's loading dock and air conditioning ducts which produced constant very loud noise making the balcony and room extremely noisy both day and night.

We got a good last-minute deal for Friday & Saturday, but had never been to Ocean City before. Hotel is far enough from the boardwalk that the beaches aren't super-crowded, but is a very quick ride away. Very easy to take the bus that runs up & down the Coastal Hwy-- Just $2/per person to ride all day! There was a good mix of families, young people, older people. Check in time technically at 4pm, but we arrived at 8:30am and they gave us parking & pool pass so we could use their indoor pool and change in the pool restrooms. The room was definitely spacious for one couple, and with the fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave guests could save money by cooking in their rooms. The bathroom was outdated-- a little rusty, showed wear, but everything was clean. We wished there had been a restaurant/bar at the hotel, but the Hilton next door has one. I wouldn't say that it's worth the full, undiscounted prices, but it was definitely worth what we paid. All in all a good place!

Many amenities. Pool water was a little oily.

We found our room to be very clean! And surprisingly NOT shabby like other reviews had indicated. We were impressed with the room considering it's in a beach town, as we've found most beach hotels to be worn. The carpet was in excellent condition, the furniture a bit dated but in very good conditionl, tv channel selection was excellent and the reception no problem at all as indicated in other review. The only thing wrong in the kitchen was some wear and tear on the front of the dishwasher. The other appliances were in very good condition. The beds were very comfortable, the linens oh so soft and comfortable in fact I wanted to take the pillows home with me! The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful! We'll definately go back!

Room was very outdated. Bathroom was not nice, shower was so calcified that we barely had water pressure. Television reception faded in and out.

The first room assigned to us was very smoky, so we were quickly moved to a larger room on the 5th floor with a wrap-around patio. All the rooms have a full sized refrigerator, microwave and mini stove. The hotel was just off the beach and a short walk to the end of the boardwalk. The wireless internet was a little slow but worked. This hotel was one of the few with a foot shower to rinse off sandy feet. A very good deal compared to other hotels in the area.

The view of the beach from the balcony! Our check in time was delayed! We were told there would be a possibility of checking in early (maybe at 1:00-2:00). However we were then delayed to 3:00. We then tried to check in at 3 and were again delayed until 4:00.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Unless you like flies and a run down nasty room that you pay top dollar. The beds are like so small you are guaranteed to wake up with a bad back. I complained about my room and all I got was we can move you to another room for an additional price. I think * was enough to pay for a three night stay. I have an official complaint going on and they ask me if I spoke to the management in the letter they sent me. Waste of time and waste of money if you stay here.

Our first room looked as if hadn't been renovated since 1979. It had an oder like moldy carpet and spray to cover up cigarette smoke. After complaining to management they quickly and quietly gave us a $60 upgrade free. This was a first level, two bed, oceanfront unit. Again, last renovations appeared to be in 1979. That morning we woke up at 7:00 because someone, had to be, smoking near the air conditioners intake. The cigarette smell was so intense I had to jump out of bed and turn off the air conditioning completely. Then to top it off my wife slipped in the shower because it seemed to be waxed. We noticed a small sign glued to the mirror: "CAUTION, Rubber mats available at front desk". Fortunately the shower curtain saved my wife from falling back on her head. After my wife and I returned from a long day on the Boardwalk, we came to realize the shower head was cracked and could not adjust to another setting. This was about 1:15am and no manager was available. The front desk immediately gave us another upgrade. This was like a penthouse suite with a view of the ocean from the 6th floor. Wow, Three rooms in two days. Our weekend getaway turned to a weekend nightmare. The 6th floor suite was nice except for having to call the front desk at 4:AM to please tell the "Senior Week" party to quiet down in the room next to us. There were somethings the Quality Inn had no control of (e.g. Teenagers revving engines in the garage and outside our room, screaming and loud music all night long.) We were very, very unsatisfied with our stay. Considering it cost $389.00 for two nights that was non refundable because we used Orbitz.com.

Bathroom needed renovation, but efficiency room had great kitchen features. Excellent beds, mattresses, and blankets. My wife liked the light but toasty blanket/spread so much she got the same kind when we got back. Tiolet had issues which we had to have Maintenance fix. TV still had VCR player connected rather than DVD/VCR player. Indoor pool was great, just the right temperature. Very satisfied with stay overall, will go there again.

The hotel lobby and eating area are updated and modern. Once you get in the room the appliances the decor and esp. the bathroom are outdated. I was standing in the shower and i'm only 5'4 and i could touch the ceiling. The bathrooms are horribly outdated and could use some extra scrubbing. That said I really can't complain about anything. Not that I care about having a lavish bathroom while i'm on vacation, because I don't spend a lot of time in my room, so it never crossed my mind that I wouldn't stay there because of the bathroom. I reserved a "no view" room and that room was actually "Ocean View". The front desk and staff were extremely nice and helpful. The location is great. They had a great indoor and outdoor pool.

Loved the location. Presently surprised efficiency kitchenette. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The problem with the sofa bed was immediately fixed. The hotel is in a great location.

Can not believe how a Quality Inn gets away with using the word QUALITY. We stayed in Room 208 a handicapped designated room. This room was really handicapped. The bed was made with wrinkled pillowcases and sheets. The carpet was soiled. The furniture hasn't been updated since 1950. My wife said they were into a "retro" style. Oh well, I was so tired after a long drive that I just went to sleep instead of calling the front desk. This place should close and renovate. The OC Chamber of Commerce should be ashamed of advertising this hotel. I cancelled my reservation at this dive for the coming week and made them at the Grand Hotel.

Fantastic stay! Great location considering it's right on the beach and close to boardwalk. Room was clean and very convenient with large bathroom, kitchenette and view of ocean from balcony. Staff was helpful also. We will definitely be returning soon!

Location to beach was good. Maids did poor job & grounds keepers were not seen area around hotel was horrible. Rooms were spacious location to beach was good but cleaning staff definitely need improvement.

It was clean and the cleaning staff was very nice. We had paid for a side view room with no view and actually ended up with a perfect view of the ocean and the bay. The hottub was beautiful. The refriderator was a full size with an icemaker. Most hotels have very small fridges that hold almost nothing. So it was a very nice surprise.
