The staff was friendly and helpful, my grandchildren loved the pool and the breakfast. The hotel could use a little updating. Every winter I pick up my grandchildren and take them to this hotel, the staff is always friendly and make us feel welcomed. The kids love the pool, it gives them a chance to burn off some energy since the weather keeps them cooped up at home. The prices are good and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

This hotel is awful. When we arrived we were told we had a studio suite. It is no different than a regular room. We were told there was a room divider, but we did not get that. I complained to the front desk and they shrugged it off. Our walls were so thin we could hear the people next door just as well as we could hear our kids talking next to us. An hour after we arrived we started to give our kids showers. The water was cold, not freezing, but not at all warm. We called down to have them come up. They refused to come up and instead checked other rooms around us and were satisfied they had hot water. We still never did. Around midnight, when we were trying to sleep, people were very loud in the hallways. At 6 am we were woken up by the wake up call of the people next to us. We were suppose to stay another night, but checked out early! We are still trying to get a refund. They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee that they will not honor! We called and complained to the front desk 6 times, so how many is enough to get a refund??!!

The staff. Great attitudes, they were always friendly, always pleasant, always smiling and so helpful. Layout was labyrinth-like. I would recommend this hotel for any traveler. The staff was polite and helpful displaying great. People skills. The restaurant was wonderful in food quality, menu and service.

This hotel with its indoor heated pool and hot tub is perfect for the weary traveler. Rooms are well appointed and large, while the complementary breakfasts leave nothing to be desired; it's first rate.

The restaurant has great food. The rooms were nice. The inroom whirlpool only has 2 jets.

Nice pool. Low ceilings. The staff was great but the hotel was not anything real nice. The rooms were small, and imp six foot tall and if I jumped my head would hit the ceiling.
