Everything was very good in our 4 night stay at this Inn. Good price for this quaility. Cannot really expect too much. Actually it was one of the best Inn that I stay in so far. Good location and [...] was very helpful at the frontdesk. The best thing was they had Free Wi-fi in every room which was very useful. Most of the Inn that I stayed which require to pay for the wi-fi for one night for fee around $3/night. There are plenty of stores around the area. Danny's right next to the Inn, CVS a block away. It's right next to the freeway I-605. It's very convinient around everything, about 15mins away drive to Hollywood, Monerery Park. 25 mins to LAX. Good price, Good quaility and Good Location. I will certainly come back for another stay if I go to Los Angeles again.

Close to the locations I had to meet at. A basic Quality Inn, but the smell in my nonsmoking room was very nasty. Also had the noisiest water pipes I have heard in 20 years of regular business travel. The neighbors shower at 5am was extremely loud and wall-shaking.

Positive: room was fairly reasonably priced. Pool and hot tub were good. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. It is centrally located for a number of attractions. Negative: room smelled .One night there were a lot of people around midnight just hanging around the parking lot...made you a little bit nervous. A number of businesses close by have bars on all of the doors and windows. Sometimes the room didn't get cleaned until 2:00pm. Neutral: payed an extra * per night for a fridge in the room.. very small, but kept our few sodas cold. Continental breakfast was a muffins, some cold cereal, and juice.

Good value for the money, attentive housekeeping personnel. Great location for our purposes; we're familiar with the area - suitable housing for Orange County attractions.

The complimentary continental breakfast. Hot tub not hot! The rooms were sufficient and clean for a 2-star, and the staff was very helpful and nice, but the complimentary continental breakfast was surprisingly good.

Hotel staff is not courteous to guest-they placed us in a room alongside a party hall-when asked to turn down music, staff did not comply, music so loud that we could hear it in our room that was on the third floor, vibrations from the speakers continuously shook the walls and bed-party was not done until 1:30 am, worst of all they didn't have basic amenities such as a pitcher of water or even ice-on top of that both the ice machines were empty, hotel staff said they don't have water on the premises and that tap water was the only option

Although I knew I would not be staying at West Hollywood, I did not expect such a poor neighbourhood . I did not like at all the hotel location. It looked to me a bit of dangerous.........

Cleanliness. Size of bathroom to small. Overall okay for the price, great location, Denise restaurant and Pollo Loco within walking distance. Nice pool and hot tub.

We were here for a wedding in long beach and we were surprised with the hospitality that we were greeted with. We come from the south where we pride ourselves in southern hospitality but the staff made it a point to call us to be sure everything was alright. My son and I anjoyed the breakfast and they even opened the doors early so I could have some peace and quiet for myself.Thank you!

I took my family here for a Disney/Universal vacation. The hotel is not too bad but a microwave would be nice - mini fridge was in the room for sodas. Internet was hit or miss with 1 day it was down. Dennis inside was great but no other restaurants in the main street. Price was reasonable and I would probably come back only if I could not find any place better.

We loved the continental breakfast and the swimming pool and hot tub. It was also very close to the freeway. The only problem we had with the hotel is that we could not get the price we wanted. The hotel and staff were very nice.

The Quality Inn Artesia is a very good value. The location of hotel is very close to the 91 freeway and also close to the 5 and 105 freeways. Also it is in the same lot with Denny's restaurant. The beds were comfortable and the room had two beds but was not small or cramped. They include a continental breakfast with bagels, muffins, cereals, yogurt, etc. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but saw others enjoying them. Check-in was easy, overall a good experience.

the hotel location is next to the freeway, with Dennys attached to it, the continental breakfast it offers with more selection than others. the room is large and good value for your stay.

This was the last hotel we stayed at on our family trip which included visiting Grand Canyon and Las Vegas, and I wish it had beeen our first which was in Bell Gardens and was awful. Thisi hotel was very comfortable, had a good breakfast in an attractive room and a lovely pool.. This was the second Quality Inn we stayed at (Kingman AZ was the other) and they were both good. I can recommend them both.

Its cheap and it has all the basic things a room should have, like t.v, comfortable beds, restroom, drier room, coffee maker, table, etc,. The location was good because every place you want to go is in a 10 mile radius within the place.

"Conveniently located by expressways, clean rooms, courtesy continental breakfast at an affordable price."
