Very friendly and peaceful.

Swimming pool was out in the open, you could see the entire area from the parking lot. The walls were glass.

I'm not quite sure where to begin describing my experience at "quality inn-mississauga". Lets just say that i'm glad my stay was only for 1 night - it was definitely something i would not want to go through again. From the moment we stepped into the room, we realised what level of "quality" we were dealing with and I believe that the star rating of the hotel sholud be decreased. From the stuffiness of the room and shabby decoration to the poor lighting, awkward and cheap breakfast, everything was eyebrow raising and lacked a touch of not only class and elegance but also quality. Though the service was good, it barely impacted on the experience. The hotel requires refurbishing and an improvement in the 'quality' of the amenities offered.

I needed a place for the weekend in toronto and they had $* for one night. I should have read the reviews earlier orelse I would have reconsidered. The worst part was the continental breakfast the next morning because the restaurant is connected to the hotel. The service was terrible and the food was enough to feed a mouse. On top of that, they were very rood when asked if we could take the food to our rooms. All in all the whole expierence was an eyeopener as to never cheap out when it comes to such things.

I spent almost a week here after Easter '09. Front-of-house staff were superb, especially in dealing with one obstreporous guest I saw. Location is great. In-house restaurant is only average, but there are others very nearby. Breakfast was minimally acceptable.

Nothing to say as overall it was a huge disappointment. There are many things which are wrong with the hotel. It has a shuttle service which does not function the rooms are rundown and staff is very argumentative. The stay was a big disappointment. Room was very disappointing and dirty and furnishing falling apart. When complained the response was to pay more money. The complimentary breakfast was cold and very tiny portions. I was amazed that this property is in fact a part of quality/ comfort Inn hotels despite giving no customer service. If you try to complain about any matters the staff at the reception always ready to have an argument. Very rude and unhelpful.

"overall, for 1 or 2 nights you can't beat the price, our room was a bit small, great airport location and the breakfast was decent, eggs & bacon, poor waitress was short staffed though"

Staff was great! They were very cordial and helpful. Room was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Even at such a good price for the room, we received, hot breakfast. Good location near airport and only about 12 miles from downtown Toronto. I would highly recommend this Quality Inn to anyone looking for a good, reasonably priced hotel.

The price was reasonable-only thing. I joined VISA Choice Rewards - got to the hotel and was told I couldnot get points! Hot breakfast really lacked. Also, My husband slipped on wet stairs and really hurt himself. The stairs were dirty , but somehow, from rug cleaning, got slippery. Hot tub was really noisy. My blanket (in nonsmoking room)had burn holes in it.

"The hotel staff was very nice and helpful, but that doesn't make up for the rest: Sub-par breakfast, lousy internet, noise from the airport and a funky smell in the room. Oh, and the ""pool"" was about the size of a hot tub."

The Quality Inn & Suites was okay. I thought that the bedding was a little out dated. Our pillows were very flat, and the bed sheets were all flat fitted. The breakfast I thought was not very good, but the staff was very friendly. I probably would not stay at this hotel again.

Very clean. This hotel was very nice for the price. It was very clean and also had a pool. Perfect for an overnight stay with children or on your own. No complaints.

"Great Front Desk service, considerate Hotel Manager. Hotel was clean. Room was suite with adjoining living/bedroom for the children and dogs. Breakfast was great, continental hot, hospitality was good, recommend for familys travelling with children and animals."

The hotel was very clean, reasonable priced, staff were friendly , and there were no unexpected problems to deal with.

Exterior appearance was ok. Poor shuttle service from airport; noisy (near Highway). Not recommended.

"One word: BAD. Dinky little pool, service with an attitude & run down pretty badly."

The Quality Inn & Suites Airport is very conveniently located near the airpot including free shuttle service to and from the airport that is an A plus. The shuttle was right on time ti take us to the airpot! The staff at the hotel is really friendly and welcoming. The room was very nice, since I asked for a smoke free room I was very impressed when I walked in the room because not only was it smoke free, but it smelled really good unlike other hotels I have stayed at, that even though I always request for smoke free rooms they smell of smoke. The bathroom was very spacious and clean with lots of towels, there was a sink with a long counter. And also they had extra pillows in the drawers.I had a very good experience. The next time I go to the Pearson International Airport I know what hotel to book! I already started recommending it to my friends and family.

Cheap. Very poor customer service. Front desk staff was difficult and breakfast wait. Staff is just as unaccommodating. Will not recommend this hotel.

Tried this hotel based on location to airport & mississauga. Very disappointed. Horrible service & hotel is in dire need of renovations. Pay a little extra & stay elsewhere. Quality Inns should be ashamed of this hotel.

Quality Inn & Suites Airport, MISSISSAUGA was comfortable and no-hassle hotel. The breakfast is free and served from 7-9 and is enough to get you started for the day. The hotel is no-frills and meets expectations accordingly. The only point I would like to make is that thier airport shuttle is not very regular
