The rooms were spacious and pleasant. Inadequate parking. The rooms were spacious, clean and pleasant. The small kitchen area was nice. There were no towels provided at the pool area, however the pool was a good size, clean and overall nice. A shuttle is provided to the airport, but they refused to take us to the Kentucky Fair and Expo Center, which left us to try to navigate in Louisville on our own! We come to KY every year for the NASP Archery Nationals, and we will not stay at this hotel again because of the non - willingness to help us.

The reviews on here were good for this hotel. I don't know how that could be but I definately will not stay here again. The springs were coming through the mattresses, the breakast choices were poor & the quality was worse and there were loud parties above us all night long. we stayed here because it was advertised as having a full kitchen, which it did - stove microwave, refrigerator - but no pans, utensils or dishes so what was the point?? I will spend a little more next time and get a good nights sleep.

It was very cmfortable and felt safe. The staff was very nice and the room very clean and quiet with no smoking. Loved it, breakfast was okay.

this was a great place to stay it was easy to get to and it was easy to get to the expo center where we were going. it was quiet and well light. i would highly recommend it for avybody going to six flags or the fair grounds

The spa bath. The beds were smaller then most hotels and were not so comfertable too hard. The hotel was nice there was an inside pool and it was quite, close to the highway and gas station.

we got to the hotel and expected to see a different room that was in the picture/photos. It was exactly like the picture, the room was great. We will definately be back great location right off U of L close to Downtown freeways Malls Food outstanding Front desk was very kind. Thank you Quality

Easy to get to. Bad neighborhood. Hotel was nice with nice pool for my son. Did not like the neighborhood it was in.

It was very old and only semi clean. Needs a good upgrade and cleaning. We were in town for the Ryder Cup and were disappointed in the location of the hotel and it's general condition. It was overpriced for the accommodations.

Right at exit 134, location was good to get around. Not a full breakfast, also staff was walking around barefoot in eating area. Run very cheaply, close to the interstate and convention center, pool area was a mess, breakfast was not a full hot breakfast, it was cold boiled eggs and donuts. Staff was walking around the eating area barefoot, in this country I think that is a health code violation but maybe not in theirs.

Kitchen in rooms and nice Jacuzzi tub. Right next to the interstate, kind of loud. Very nice room, no thermostat on air conditioning unit and short in the high/low power cool switch on the air conditioner, next to interstate so a little noisy but we slept, outlet behind bed did not work. Pretty clean room. Friendly receptionist and cleaning crew.

Housekeepers didn't speak English and didn't service room the 2 day. I have been to allot of hotels with my family. The room was clean, had mini kitchen, had a Jacuzzi, free breakfast every morning, workout room, laundry room, and indoor pool. They have a spot where you can use the computer but it was down when I was there. Overall, yes will go back, perfect for family.

Close to downtown. Not able to get rollaway bed. It was very clean, was above our expectations we were thankful to be able to find a hotel on such a short notice for the mid America truck show - we will more than likely be back to stay with you again.

Good breakfast, clean, friendly. Did not have the smoking room I had reserved. Great hotel to stay at in Louisville, KY. The only problem I faced was that they did not have the smoking room.

Whirlpool tub, refrigerator, microwave, and price of room. The hotel did not monitor the guest activities in neighboring rooms, loud music, and other activities. The staff was very unfriendly, rude. The room was still dirty in the corners. We had so very loud neighbors that I think the hotel should have controlled. We had a smoking room which I thought I had requested a non smoking room, When asked about switching to a different room, Manager said that all other rooms were booked, but the parking lot, hallways breakfast area, and pool were pretty empty during our entire stay. In fact the only other people that were visible were the ones that were in the next room to us making noises!

Easy access to downtown. Smelled terrible. The hotel was in a great location with friendly staff. However, the room smelled so badly that looked underneath both beds to make sure that there was not a dead body in the room. Made it difficult to get comfortable and sleep.

Jacuzzi tub was nice. The place was just plain dirty. I didn't feel clean sleeping there. While I didn't expect luxury from a 2-star hotel, the Quality Inn was pretty nasty. The sheets didn't seem very clean. It was a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke. I didn't feel comfortable walking bare-foot across the floor because there was a layer of grime over everything.
