What a filthy place, it was SO dirty that my feet got dirty from the carpet AFTER my bath!! And it was party central so forget sleeping...DO NOT GO!!

We stayed here because it was much cheaper than the other options. It was nice that we had adjoining rooms, and the beds were comfortable. However, there was no weather strip on the bottom of our door, and cold air blew in. Also, the heater was loud and it went on and off all night. The other room was a bit better though, and there were plenty of towels and they were clean and fluffy.

I hated it. it smelled, it had roaches, everything the hotel had was broken, and the room looked nasty. Worse place I ever had to stay in and I went to Africa and stayed in the hotels their. I think I have made my point. I will probably use someone else in the future and when someone me about you wellI will tell them about this or deal.

I have stayed in several inexpensive hotels for business. I must say that for the price, this hotel was slightly above average. Beds were clean, desks and tables did not have the sticky "not clean feel", bathroom was clean, and towels were abundant. My stay was only 2 nights for a quick family gathering. My key worked everytime, and the pizza place downstairs had some good food. I have stayed in other hotels that were twice as expensive and I have found bugs, remnants from previous peoples stay, and dirty bathrooms. It was easy to get onto 44 (which is what I needed) and, there was a Wal Mart very close by. If I need to stay in that area of south county again...I will stay here. One word though, it looks a little sketchy in the photo but, it's an older hotel.

Toilet was extremely dirty when we got to our room. Both rooms had a musty/mildew smell to them that took some getting use too. Rooms had older carpet.

Location is close to Grand daughter. Could be cleaner. Coffee pot had water left in it.

Short in the lighting, non-working refrigerator, moldy meat in refrigerator, heavy soap scum in tub, empty vending machines, spa looked like week old soup, non-working remote for TV. In all my travels, I have never seen anything worse - we left after just one night (we had paid for 3) - my wife refused to stay there (she even woke me up and if I hadn't been so exhausted, wanted us to leave immediately). I would strongly discourage anyone from staying there unless they do an "extreme" upgrade of the rooms.

Not satisfied with the service. Had to wait 45 minutes to get into room because maid was cleaning the room in late afternoon. Should have been done in the morning for people staying multiple nights. Also; cleaning staff was setting outside our room in early morning taking a break and talking and carrying on very loud. Outside of someones room is not a break area. Across the street, late our first night, the local car racing punks were drag racing in the parking lot, it sounded like. All in all, not a good stay.

Location. Everything else. Am food lousy, WiFi did not work, room door very unstable, very worn and unable to be cleaned.

Nothing but problems from beginning to end. Checked in and got to our room and the key wouldn't work - not the only guests with this problem. While talking with other stranded guests realized we had been overcharged by $* per night. Air conditioning poor at best - unit metal broken. After being out all day the next day, got back to our rooms - key would not work again. While trying to get into the room, my husband cut his hand on the metal from on the door. Back to front desk. They didn't have us even checked in, but within 10 minutes had a new key. This key worked, but when it opened the door realized the room had not been cleaned - no clean towels, no bed service - nothing. Called to front desk and they couldn't explain why but they would send up towels. Waited one hour before calling again and another 30 minutes later got towels. Upon checkout - spoke to new person at front desk and explained all of our problems. 'Manager' (and I use the term loosely), would not even acknowlege me and and clerk at the desk spent all her time trying to figure out why I was not in computer. Then she checked us out of the room giving us 'compensation for our troubles of $*. Unfortunately, we had already prepaid our room to online travel website so rather than crediting us a whopping $*, she doublecharged me one nights stay. Another 10 minutes later to get them to take the additional charges off and still no compensation for lack of service. No apology from the 'manager' - I would never recommend this hotel to anyone - QUALITY - NO WAY!!

It was not noisy and people left us alone. I wanted to go into the hot tub and it was out of order. It's a great place to just get away. But it was not upscale at all. Something quick on the spot kind a place. Which the hot tub would have worked.

"waited in line, guest stepped ahead of us, desk ignored us, room was filthy, bed headboard was broken, room stunk, gum on the desk, hot and muggy, hot tub had no jets working, pool was filthy, food was cheap, syrup all over the place. stay away, not worth it. wrote a letter to corporate as well"

The Italian restaurant next door. The indoor pool water was freezing, thought it was heated. The breakfast was nice, but was nicer when I stayed here in previous years. The indoor pool water temperature was freezing and my son (11 years old) did not get to enjoy the swimming pool. We thought the pool was heated.

"The front desk staff were very helpful, and you might need their help to get the ice machine un-jammed! The room was very clean and welcoming, the numerous TV channels were very much appreciated. The beds were firm and the climate was mostly easy to control. The only complaint I have would be in regards to the old wallpaper in the bathroom."

Bed was very comfortable. Access to the pool was inconvenient. Lobby and room were very clean. When checking in, the desk clerk was not very helpful in explaining what the hotel had to offer. On the sidewalk in front of our room door, there was a big "hump" of broken concrete covered by the carpet. I thought this was very dangerous for somebody stepping into/out of the room. As we were walking back to our room after dinner, I fell flat on my back in the parking lot/sidewalk area due to the snow/slush not being removed. We reported it to the front office, who said they would make a report. When we left the next morning, nothing had been down to remedy the problem. When it was mentioned to the check-out clerk, he seemed uninterested in the situation. Pool access was horrible. Would have to walk outside in the cold to get to the pool and back to your room. Was almost overtaken by the chlorine smell and steam when we walked into the pool area to check it out. Definitely would not recommend this hotel.

My daughter and I had to be in St Louis for my doctors visit. We like to spendd the night because we live over 200 miles away and it gives us some tine to spend together and rez. Your hotel made that experience very nice and relaxing and the breakfast was very good and we didn't need to find a resturant. Thanks DiAnna Banks

Great location. The toilet needs upgraded, room is small. The hotel was very clean. I think the front desk person needs to let you know more about the amenities of the hotel. The internet connection was fair. Room was small for a double bed, had to walk around the desk because it was too close to the bed to get to the bathroom. Bathroom was lacking, toilet needs upgraded. Cleaning staff very nice!

"Me and my 7 year old son stayed 2 nights for my birthday. Room was clean, tempature was easy to control, water pressure lacked a little as did the reception on some of the channels on TV, but the pool and hot tub were great, and the chicken alfredo pizza at the restaurant was wonderful! The continental breakfast was super nice, especially the waffles!"
