The Quality Inn was not much to be desired. The pool was dirty and the room was small. Their beds are very uncomfortable and noisy. Went elsewhere to stay.

The location. All of it. Horrible beds, only one vending machine with melted chocolate, unfriendly staff, and would never stay or recommend.

I was very impressed with the place. It just happened to be almost across the street for the activity I was attending. They had a fitness center, which I did not expect. My room was really clean and I was very happy with it. I will definitely stay there again, when I go to Springfield. Thank you.

Bathroom was in need of a very thorough cleaning - tile baseboards were dirty and chrome toilet holder was not clean. This type of cleaning goes beyond the routine housekeeping cleaning.

Very clean, location was good, great breakfast. Unfortunately the color in the television was bad. Everything was green. Overall a very good experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was more than I expected. I came for a bowling tournament and will try to stay here next year.

Pleased with Comfort Inn. Friendly desk clerk, clear directions. Room was clean & well-furnished for budget motel. Included refrig, microwave, dryer, nice tv, safe. Quiet. Continental breakfast was average, waffles, juice, coffee, rolls, fruit, cheese. Would stay here again.

The proximity to a grocery store was perfect. The parking lot requires a little navigational skills. The room was very nice and the staff was extremely helpful.

This hotel was family friendly. The staff very helpful. The room was clean. A bit smaller than the pictures as well as the pool being smaller than we had seen from the pictures. The pillows on the bed, I believe were the smallest ones I've ever seen. Other than that, it was alright. The location is right next to the highway & tons of places to eat or goof off are all within minutes.

Nothing. Everything. I checked in and checked out 10 minutes later. This hotel was well below my expectations. It was unsafe, not enclosed, it stunk like a weird cleaner, was very outdated and the staff was not welcoming. I checked out and stayed at a Days Inn less than a block away. Ironically, the two chains are owned by the same company, but this Quality Inn was well below standard. There was a chair propped up against the adjoining door, which did not lock. The outside door - which opens to the outside and not a hallway - opened on its own while I was inside.

Location and price were good. Carpet was sticky it would have been cleaner. Staff was nice and helpful.

Room kept clean everyday. Heater in room didn't work, sent to another room that wasn't cleaned up. Hotel would be ok for short stay and I would stay here again.

The Quality Inn was very comfortable and employees were very helpful. There were 2 other couples with me and all found it very satisfactory for the money. We arrived on the 4th of July and they even helped us find where the fireworks were. One employee recommended a great restaurant nearby. The soft cookies in the late afternoon was a nice touch. This was a quick layover for the next leg of our trip but we were well rested and ready to go the next day. I did not see an elevator and our rooms were on the 2nd floor so did have to carry luggage up on stairs, a little inconvenient but okay.

Friendly staff, great location and CLEAN rooms. Exterior corridors and older furnishings. This hotel was conveniently located, close to 65 and to Sequiota Park and Springfield's great Greenways trail system. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. The bathroom was also very cleaned (most important for us). The furnishings were a bit old, and I wasn't a fan of the exterior corridors, but those were small sacrifices to make. It's located in a safe area, so the exterior corridors weren't a big negative.

The Quality Inn at Springfield is your basic, inexpensive motel. It is satisfactory to use to stop over night or as a base of operations. It is not a place where people will hang out and relax. Continental breakfast was plenitfull and adequate if a little plain. Staff is superior and responsive to the needs/requests of patrons.

It seemed to be clean. Window covering was falling down, headboard fell off the wall, large crack ender door. Basically needs remodelling. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good. But the rooms need remodeling, window covering was falling off of window, large crack under door, cold air was coming in all night, headboard fell off of wall, toliet paper hold in bath room was falling off of wall. Needs repairs and updates.

Easy to find. The entrance and exit. This is a nice moderate hotel. The most important fact for me is that the bathroom is clean enough for me to feel clean after I've bathed. The room was clean.

It was very quiet and the pillows were really comfortable. The ice machine was waaaay on the other side. They should have one on each side. Overall, we thought the hotel was pretty clean. The only complaint was the ice machine was way on the other side. If there was one on our side, we didn't find it (no signs). When we went down for breakfast, there wasn't much of anything left and it was really messy down there. It was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed at! Would come back again!
