Clean with all the facilities like refrigerator, coffee maker, internet etc. Parking area is not specious. Value for money. Fully loaded room with refrigerator, coffee maker, internet, TV. The balcony is spacious. Located on Virginia St. and very close to Atlantis and Pepper mill.

Good quality room with freindly service for a value price. Had no major complaints. Did have share breakfast with a small roach, but it didn't eat much.

The room was large and clean. No bellman, room smells bad. The staff were friendly and fast in checking in but when we get to the room no one was there to help me with the bags. The hall smells bad and it looks like someone is smoking near my room. The room was large and clean, for its price i wouldn't recommend this place. May be for less it is okayto stay.

I was very pleasantly surprised! Room was very clean, appeared to have been redone recently. Loved having the coffee maker and fridge in the room. The staff was friendly. Everything was extremely secure-great for traveling alone. I would definitely stay there again!!!

We were given a key but found the maid still working in the room. Had to wait 30 minutes. Otherwise, very nice place....and clean.

Room was clean, balcony view, close to downtown Reno. AC didn't work. Room was old and needed to be redone. Overall, the hotel was ok if you're just going to stay for a night. Other than that, the AC didn't work, and it's not modern. It was clean, but it needs some work.

Pleasantly, quiet grounds and garden courtyard. Attractive swimming pool and lobby. Couldn't adjust room temperature, broken thermostat. Pleasant environment. An oasis from the hot weather and nightlife. We recommend it for the quiet traveler.

Had coffee maker, refrigerator and convenient location. Lionization does not eliminate a smoking room. The hotel appeared in need of some ground maintenance. The hotel staff was helpful.

The front office receptionist is very friendly, so as the staffs in the restaurant. The restroom / bathroom does not have exhaust fan. If you are a budget hunter looking for a quiet, family-friendly place to stay, then this is it.

I liked the location and the security. Would have preferred having a small sofa instead of 3 chairs. Easy to find, with nice clean rooms and fairly high with security.

Friendly/accommodating front desk clerk. Limited parking. Quality inn is perfect for travelers who are looking for a place to relax/sleep/rest during their short trip. The price is just right; the place is clean & comfortable to stay. I would definitely return to this facility in the near future & I would gladly recommend to others who are looking for an affordable place to stay.

Housekeeper was excellent. Very nice. The smell of smoke in the hallway. Make sure to have a hair dryer available at every room. Very friendly and made I feel very comfortable!

It was clean and well presented¿ There were several small repairs needed to be made. It was a nice hotel for the price. I think you can get the same rates direct.

The location, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness. The pillows were to flat. Friendly service, close to surrounding areas, the hotel is very clean, and pleasant.
