We stayed there before it chened hands. It was great. This last time, it was TERRIBLE! I would rather sleep in my car than stay at this hotel again! Run, don't walk away from this hell hole!

I tavel a lot on business and this has been the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. I plan to write to Quality Inn corp. and complain. There is nothing good to say about this hotel. Look for someplace else to stay. If this hotel was free it would be too much.

My family and I booked this hotel with management about 2 months prior to coming. We were offered a group rate of * for 8 rooms on a contract. When each of us called to book the room we were told that we can not get the rate quoted because the manager that we booked it with initially was terminated. We faxed the letter to new management. They honored the contract. When we got there we were told that we could not receive that rate again because we didn't book all eight rooms. Only 4 was booked. No where in the contract did it state that we had to book all eight rooms in order to get the rate offered. My family was highly upset. We had to book at * a night for 2 nights. SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE! On Saturday when returning to the room once after housekeeping was finished cleaning. My family was told that they didn't have ANY TOWELS CLEANED. We waited an hour for housekeeping to bring us towel from a room that they had already cleaned. We were late for our engagement at 2p.m. When it was time to go to bed on Saturday I attempted to turn off the lights and the light switch sparked continously. On Sunday, i woke up to a loud noise in the bathroom. Management said it was the exhaust pipe. Also, someone in my party said that when she woke up an insect (THOUSAND LEG) crawled down the wall and behind her headboard. GROSS! NEVER AGAIN!
