it was okay but not a place I would visit again.Rooms were large and somewhat clean. Pool is not a pool for kids which made it bad.

The maintenance man on duty held the place together. Management did act responsibly. We arrived to a power outage. There was no one from management there to handle the problem and he did not come back to help. A maintenance man was trying to do everything - help at the front desk, check the rooms, call public service, etc. He was nice enough to let us into a room and provide a flashlight for us after 1/2 hour in complete darkness. The next day the management did not offer us any compensation. I was traveling with my 93 year old mother. It was extremely hot and very uncomfortable. The manager did not come back to the hotel until the next morning.

If you do not have allergies, the hotel maybe acceptable. The bad thing is that the hotel is located on a one-way street with no place for a U-turn. It will take you at least 5 minutes to get to the point where you can go right. Ther are no places to eat close by. The hotel has a nice restaurant but on expensive side. If you do have allergies to molds, dust and cleaning agents this hotel is not for you. The carpets are quite old and the rooms are in need of remodeling.

Very nice about a 2 Star hotel. Furniture dated but room was clean. No frills here. Furnishings and phones were dated but this was offset by the attentive staff and overall cleanliness of the rooms. Complimentary breakfast was not stellar but adequate. Not a place to spend a honeymoon, but for a business traveler or someone who needs a break from the road. This hotel is an excellent value.

We had been on the road for 3 days with the Americas 911 Ride and finally could relax and enjoy a meal at a restaurant (rather than a hot dog, chips and drink at your motorcycle) and on leaving NYC called ahead to confirm how late the restaurant was open. We were told it would be open until midnight. Having stayed there before, the restaurant had an excellent menu. We arrived at approx. 8PM, checked into our rooms and ventured to the restaurant only to find it locked. We went to the desk and afteer the clerk made a phone call, we were told it was closed because the banquet room had been rented and apparently they only had limited staff. We were then informed that we could call a restaurant in town that would deliverwhich in their estimation would be cheaper than taking a cab to the retaurant. We placed our order at approx. 8:15PM and were informed that it would be there in 45 minutes. Needless to say afteer many calls inquiring on the status of our order (each time being told it was on the road) we finally cancelled our order at a little after midnight. We were told that they had a lot of orders to deliver to the Hilton and apparently the Quality Inn was not as high a priority. We then went to bed without eating since there was a limited supply of nothing but junk in the vending machine to eat and if you didn't drink either regular coke or diet pepsi, you had nothing. On arising we went to the continental breakfast (famished) and found it to be terribly lacking, old boiled eggs, raisin bran, toast, bagel or english muffin (all looked like they were on their second time around.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet location. Very difficult to get to when traveling west-bound on Easton Avenue Staff is friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and comfortable. The exercise facility is loaded with weight equipment, but nothing for aerobic (i.e. treadmills, stair climbers, etc). While the location is easy to see on Easton Avenue, getting to the location when traveling westbound is very difficult. It took 3 tries before I figured out the correct exit/path.

Great easy location. Check in was easy and staff very courteous and helpful. Extra towels and supplies given freely when needed. Well maintained and the pool was open! Best priced hotel among the many in the area.
