The Quality Inn Sierra Vista seemed to be an older motel undergoing renovation. The lobby and breakfast dining area were clean, bright and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was quite good with several choices. Our first room's air conditioner was noisy with an apparent faulty fan blade and the staff was pleasant about changing us to another room. Neither room seemed to have been renovated; the bathroom floor was a new tile, but the baseboards had been removed and not replaced. I would neither recommend this Quality Inn nor would I ever wish to stay there again.

Friendly staff. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Overall, a very good experience. It was a plus that it had a microwave and refrigerator in the room. I have been at 4 star hotels that charged extra for those conveniences. Also, the breakfast buffet was excellent and was complimentary.

The staff at this hotel were not guest friendly. House keeping woke me up early in the morning wanting to clean my room. When I went to breakfast they were waiting by my door wanting to clean, but I said I was just grabbing a quick breakfast and I'd be right back. After breakfast they called me on the phone and said that if I didn't let them clean my room NOW that they were leaving for the day. I told them I was still getting ready, and would be out in 20 minutes and that I would like my room cleaned. I called the front desk to let them know what had happened. He said housekeeping was on the way out so there was nothing he could do about it. I was out of my room within 20 min. When I came back that evening my room hadn't been cleaned (I was hoping they'd find someone to do it). I complained to the front desk and the only solution they offered was to fill out the comment card and leave it in the room. I've never had a negative experience like this at a hotel. I didn't expect an amazing stay (this isn't a resort), but I did expect staff to at least be pleasant. I was disappointed with the front desk and house keeping. The only pleasant staff member I met was the little lady guarding the continential breakfast!

The Quality Inn Sierra Vista was very quiet, comfortable, and had nice amenities. They provided a nice continental breakfast in the morning with more food items than most. The rooms were comfortable in that they had down comforters on the beds and nice pillows. The pool area was large, private, and quiet. My only complaint would be with housekeeping; if you didn't have your 'do not disturb' sign off first thing in the morning it was difficult to get them to clean your room, unless you specifically asked them to do it.

Nice facility, everything worked, hardboiled eggs for brkfst The rooms were clean, nice, and easy to keep at a comfortable temperature. Close to restaurants and nightlife, as well as being a good central point for Tombstone and Bisbee. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

The prices were reasonable and they had a pool and fitness center. The staff was very professional. I would stay here again.

Bathroom molding was mildewed. Okay for a short business stop or someone wanting a good clean room in a convenient location.

The hotel breakfast was well tended to and worked well with our group. Not so clean. The hotel staff seemed paranoid that we may be trying to put more people in a room than they allow. Gave me a song and dance about "fire codes" and made me put each person's name on the paper and which room each person was in. No one came to the desk for 16 minutes when I was trying to check in. When they did, they acted as though it was my problem and told me in a terse tone "hold on!".

It smelled like wet socks and the bed was like the floor. The shower roof had been painted over what looked like brain matter and the towels had dirty face prints from the previous guest.

The linen was only changed 1 day out of 4 while there. Except for the linen change schedule the room was clean and the staff was friendly. We had a nice time in Sierra Vista AZ.

The location was centered and had the most beautiful views of the mountains. Furnishings were on the older side. This hotel met my expectations. The staff were extremely friendly and the continental breakfast was exceptional. The room was fine but needs to be updated.

The manager was wonderful, the rooms were clean and comfortable for our short stay. Our shower head was awful it didn't spray very well, and we were above the office and saw only the roof of the car port out our window. The hotel staff was great! The rooms are nice and had the amenities that we wanted i.e. fridge and coffee pot. It was a great hotel for our short stay!

The people that worked there were some of the friendliest people I have ever met. They went out of their way to make stay great. No food vending machines. Met my needs for my weeks stay. The people were truly over the top to accommodate me and my family for any of ours needs.

Convenience and cleanliness. It¿s older but they are building a new one. For the money this was an excellent choice.
