It was very nice, friendly staff at front desk. I will definitly recomend the hotel to my friends. on my next trip to branson i will stay in this hotel again. bathroom was separate from the vanity, great location good neighborhood. It was clean, it could be a little bit better but it was great.

Friendly Staff. Room was below expectations. Damaged carpet, smell bad. Off the beaten path and overpriced compared to locations on the strip.

This place was close to the action but far enough away to not be bothered by the action. My overall opinion of this motel is very good. The staff was very friendly and eager to please. Not one of them looked or acted like they didn't want to be there. Everybody was good with hellos and good mornings and they were sincere not forced. My hats off the staff. My one complaint was that the chairs in my room were about to fall apart. I was afraid to sit on them for fear of breaking them and getting charged for them. My wife's complaint was that the a/c didn't cool down the room good enough. It did stuffy at times but tolerable. Would i stay there again or recommend this place? Yes. The staff really made the difference. The pool and the jacuzzi were very clean. I was totally impressed with this area. Could have had a change machine in this area seeing as the laundry machines and video games were here. Otherwise, totally satisfied. Thanks guys.

If you are looking for a hotel to continue your workout on vacation, Quality Inn is not for you! The treadmill was really old, the floor was not worthy of push-ups or sit-ups. The room did not have a fridge or microwave. The shower was not the best for pressure. Also, the beds and room feel musky. The air conditioning did not work well. On the positive note, the newer indoor pool was very nice. It was too cold for my kids to enjoy swimming at night, but it was nice.

This motel was a pleasent surprise. The first appearance was that of just another motel, but the amenities were more than adequate. The room was rather typical, small, but comfortable. The enclosed pool was impressive and the free breakfast was very good. They also offered an expanded breakfast for a very reasonable fee. All in all a nice experience.

Really liked the pool area, too bad it was detached from part of hotel we were in. TV and bed seem pretty old. It was rainy and the pool/hot tub area was nice to retreat to.

This was the first time to stay at this facility and it definitley will not be the last. We totally enjoyed the facility form the intial contact at the front desk. The room was great as well, the continental breakfast was good an the staff where most cordial. With the two kids the indoor pool was also a hit. being able to swim while the snow fell was neat. We really enjoyed a 4 day stay at this facility an will look forward to returning here many times in the future.

The Quality Inn-Shepard of the Hills Expressway was great for our family. It has an indoor swimming pool & game room seperate from the rooms(great idea). The staff on Fri. am was great. I had a weird request-I needed a safety pin and the took about 10 min and found me one. The location was great and the room was very clean.

We were on a non-smoking hallway, but everytime you stepped out of your room it wreaked of fresh cigarette smoke. The rooms were clean, but the carpet and decor was worn out. The rooms are small, but we realize with a family of four it is time for us to upgrade to a suite. Housekeeping was slow, but friendly. Rooms are not very soundproof because you could hear when people walked by your door. The breakfast buffet was nothing to write home about. On a positive note...the swimming pool was very nice.

With few affordable pet friendly options, this place provided clean rooms at a fair price. Location is off of main business area, but only by a couple of blocks, making access to all points of interest quick and easy.

This motel was very clean and very helpful with our Handicap and Non-smoking room. The Continental breakfast was very appetizing and friendly. We would definely stay here again and we visit Branson 2-3 times a year!

Conveint location to destination, right on major throughfare Broken furniture, soiled lampshades, on location breakfast Right on major artery and convienent to Silver Dollar City. However furnishing were not in the best of shape and lampshades in one room were heavily soiled and should have been replaced. Continental breakfast not worth the time, but its hard to argue with free. Reported problems to front desk on info card. Probably would not stay here again given the large number of lodging choices in Branson.

We have traveled to Branson many times & have stayed at this Quality Inn before. We enjoy staying here because of the indoor pool, the friendly staff, & the continental breakfast. I was slightly disappointed with the "workout" room. Some of the equipment in there was not operating properly. But overall, our stay was great.

We had spent two nights at another hotel (won't name names, but had a indoor water park) this same week for more money and got smart and came to this hotel. This hotel offers a great room with wifi and in room coffie pot. Great room for the price. We have stayed here before and will again. Thanks for the great service see ya soon.

the quality inn on shepard hills blvd. was a wonderful stay. our family was treated great. the rooms were clean every time we came back. the staff was very nice to me. the continental breakfast was very good. overall a very nice stay. the hotel was in a very good area to where we were going.

The pool was satisfactory. This hotel needed updated and more professional staff. We gave the hotel a try because several of the reviews were positive. Our room smelled so strong of cigarette smoke that my suitcase still smells! The pool is in a separate building, so to take little ones back to your room in freezing cold temps is not convenient at all. The staff was not professional at all, possibly off season help. Our room also had numerous cigarette burns on the floor and chair.

I was disappointed to find out that most of the hotel rooms open to outside--don't remember seeing that on the description. The furniture seemed old and some needed to be replaced (table and chairs in our room). The carpet had an iron shaped burn on it. However, the room was clean and when we had need of the staff's assistance, they were extremely friendly and prompt. And they did what they said they would do. The bed was also very comfortable. A great value for the money.

We enjoyed staying at the Quality Inn. It was comfortable, except when we entered the room, there was a distinct odor, like dampness. The pool was nice, our room was always cleaned when we got back at night. It was a convenient location to Rt 76 and a lot of the entertainment.
