If you are looking for a clean, quiet hotel to spend your nights on your trip to the Shenandoah valley, this is a very good choice. This was a good choice. The room had a refrigerator, a microwave and a TV connection. The air conditioner seemed old, but performed the function. All in all, it's excellent value for the price.

The place is literally falling apart. My room also had wet/damp carpeting.

Very clean, working amenities and friendly staff! Being a single female traveler, you can understand that I had a few more qualifications that needed to be met for my stay. The Quality Inn met them all and went above and beyond. I felt safe, comfortable and the staff was able to meet my every need. Great location (within 20 miles of all the major attractions), handy little gift shop and convenience store next door, and gas stations on every corner. The restaurant awards a 20% discount on breakfast for staying guests (try the waffles), and the maid service was speedy and meticulous. I'm already planning next year's trip with a stay at the Quality Inn, New Market!

The room was comfortable. There was a crack window which should have been replaced and not taped! I feel that that condition posses a very serious problem. Should someone bump into that glass, I am sure it would shatter and possiblly injure someone. I rate this infraction as a F. Another draw back was the lack of an elevate to the second level. This should be added as quickly as possible for people who are handicapped. The registration process and staff was very fiendly, knowledgable and helpful. The restaurant was excellent and the service was very good. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. I would rate my overall experience with a B+

Clean and easily accessed. Highway noise a bit bothersome. The hotel has some signs of age but was very clean and easily accessible, the entrance a bit confusing. The appearance was very good and indicated a great staff for both rooms and the grounds.

If you go to Luray Caverns, you must spend the night here........very clean....nice.... The Jonny Appleseed Restaurant was right off the lobby entrance....good food.......

The people at the hotel were awesome. Extremely helpful. The hotel was old, difficult to get to if you passed the sign which was hidden by another sign. The hotel is very old. The wallpaper in the room was peeling off the walls, the bath tub was in ill repair, and the place was just not what the level I was accustomed to. It was also quite a distance from where I asked to stay in Luray. It is in New Market which is over the mountain. There were nice little shops and quaint eateries in the town and the folks were extremely hospitable. The hotel, however, left a lot to be desired.

It was very clean. Too close to interstate 81. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Was exactly what I expected for this type of hotel. Decent price and has a pool.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel didnt have an elevator and was a bit worn. The staff was very friendly and bed was comfortable. It was in a beautiful part of the Shenandoah. But the hotel didnt have an elevator and after a long day of touring it was tiring carrying the luggage up the long stairs. Once we got up we didnt even want to come down to use the pool which looked pretty good. The hotel itself seemed like it needed a bit of a makeover lots of water damage and moldy ceilings in the hall.

New pillows and down comforters. Room key deactivated itself. Clean room, friendly staff, room right outside from the pool. We had a wonderful stay at here. It is definitely a budget motel, but who goes to the mountains to stay in and critique a hotel room? I loved the fact that the pillows and blankets were new, because that is usually the most iffy feature in hotels, but not the case here!

Liked the location. Problems with rooms. I had two rooms and the one room most of the lights didn't work and the other room the air conditioner ran but was not cool enough. Temperatures were high that day but room should have been cooler. Johnny Appleseed restaurant connected to hotel and you get 20% discount when show room key. Staff at front desk was very friendly and efficient.

Location, pool, play area, and staff. No free breakfast. This hotel is for the traveler who desires an inexpensive option with a great location. Pool is adequate for the children with a playground and mini-golf makes this ideal for a family on a budget. Old fashion connecting rooms is a plus for large family (7) like ours.

Pool side was good. Water from the bathtub was not draining. Leak of water from Air conditioner.

The restaurant is like home. New Market is beautiful; the people of the city are very nice. We don't speak the language and we feel very comfortable.
