We had a great time. Great location and appreciated having a free admission to Legoland with key card. Rooms were quiet and clean. Beds comfortable. Pool very nice. Grandson (age 3) loved it. Breakfast bar was awesome! Service was kind and pleasant.

My family and I stayed here during a recent long weekend in the Chicago area. The area is ripe with restaurants and things to do for kids of all ages--my wife shopped, my kids and I played at the nearby Legoland and the outdoor store down the block a little further has a climbing wall inside that entertained my boys. The property is close to a waterpark that also kept us entertained for hours. The hotel's happy hour (even on the weekend nights) kept the vacation feeling flowing. The rooms were big and beds comfortable. The pool was also a lot of fun for the whole family. I would totally come back as everything we want to do is pretty much within walking distance to the mall across the street! The staff not only made suggestions but even printed out directions for us--they are so nice and friendly!

This hotel has a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. The daily breakfast is good and the evening social hour is also nice. Rooms are clean and comforable. Have used this hotel on many occasions and will use again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and afternoon snacks nice touch. Very close to wood field, restaurants and movies. Television was dated. I was very happy with our stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the price was reasonable, and the location was excellent. It was perfect for a 2 day shopping trip.

I stayed for 3 nights and it was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The only compaints I had were the hot tub wasn't hot enough and they did not have game show network. I will definitely stay there again. The evening snacks were very nice and staff was very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful - you couldn't have eaten at a restaurant with better food! Keep up the good work!

The Quality Inn was very comfortable and it included a great breakfast and manager's reception every night at 5:00. I enjoyed my stay, and found the staff to be exceptionally helpful. The location was fantastic, with lots of restaurants, movie theaters, and a huge mall all within a mile of the hotel.

Clean, friendly, lots of extras: trolley for shopping, hot breakfast, happy hour. Nothing was unsatisfactory. Our stay at Quality Inn was perfect! Friendly staff, very clean, quality breakfast, safe and quiet. The trolley to the shopping areas was a welcomed extra, as was the complimentary happy hour.

We enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning. Lots of variety. They also offered snacks and free beverages in the evening. Nice location for visiting the Woodfield Mall. Staff was very friendly. Our room had a mini fridge and microwave which came in handy on our 2 night stay. We would stay here again.

"Friendly, helpful service. I was at this hotel for 8 nights and it was very pleasant because of this friendly/helpful atmosphere. They have a shuttle service that is wonderful, which took me to my daily meetings. The FREE morning breakfast is great, and HAPPY HOUR is the best feature of all!!!! Thank you for making my stay so easy, I will recommend this hotel to everyone"

Everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was good. The bathroom was tiny. The staff were all very friendly. The room was nice and clean plus very quiet. It was nice seeing both a microwave and fridge in the rooms even though we didn't use them. The breakfast was one of the best continentals that I've seen.

The whole place was very neat & clean. Staff friendly. Great location. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good, with large selection. Only downfall was the bathroom is very small. Free shuttle to shopping only runs on weekend which we were not aware, but you can take the bus if you like.

The breakfast bar was everything promised, appreciated the in room refrigerator and microwave. TV picture was fuzzy; some channels did not come in well enough to watch. The snack service in the evening was great. The breakfast bar in the morning was wonderful. It was kept well stocked, everything was fresh. The staff kept the lounge area where everyone ate cleaned up. The whole hotel was very clean and quiet, even the night when it was full.

This hotel was in the center of everything. The mall was within walking distance. The movies were across the street. Anywhere you looked there was a restaurant not too far away. The best part was the free breakfast, it was quite a spread. It was included in the price of the room.

I like the friendliness of the front desk staff. I did not like the fact that some of the members of the house keeping staff could not understand English. Overall I enjoyed my stay. The towels and the bed sheets could have been a lot cleaner.
