Most disappointing of ALL the hotels we stayed in for the whole week!! Horrible pillows, like marshmallows- couldn’t sleep!! Very bad PR. made NO effort to accommodate an injury that made it difficult to go up stairs!! Rude, Uncaring- over all VERY negative experience!
