The room was quiet.

Pool smell everywhere; musty. Hallways not marked & hot. Gameroom hot/games don't work.Needs work overall.

I was extremely disappointed in the hotel & facilities. Ruther Glen no longer exists on the exits off 95 & is billed Carmel Church.

Price. Inside décor. Fits for a nights stay nothing special but not the worst.

Checkin staff was untrained in dealing with Internet reservations and their own internal checkin process. After 30 min I was finally able to go to the room. The hotel was going to charge my credit card even though I explained that X had already charged my card. The room and the bathroom were clean and comfortable.

Huge Bed! No refrigerator or microwave like advertised. It's a nice place to stay for a night. Loved the bed. Pool looked nice (didn't get in).

Location. Needs maintenance/overhaul. The drains were slow. Requested maintenance was not done. Requested housekeeping was done. Hotel is older and shows its age, though the lobby has had a "redo". Location is excellent, easy access to highway with services nearby.
