The staff were very courteous and efficient at check-in and check-out. The room was clean and quiet and I was somewhat surprised at the quality for the price paid. Would definitely consider staying here again on future visits.

The hotel staff was friendly and efficient, checking in late was no problem. The dead bolt was not properly alligned. This is an average hotel. It was comfortable and clean, though I was surprised that they didn't put away the iron and ironing board that we had used. I will stay again if my normal hotel in the area is not available.

The hotel was under construction while I was there but the rooms were still good. -If you are there more then a week you have to request that your beds be changed and not just made up. -Staff was always friendly -Get your room rate in writing as they will change it and not remember agreeing to the rates -Rooms were nice but for having just been remodeled they did nothing about the tubs with the old grout it was disgusting in the one room but fine in the other. -Location is Great to Rome and also to the Casino area.

There is not much in Rome, and the hotel reflects this admirably.

All room entrances were from the outside. Toilet didn't flush, card keys only worked 1 day.

When i Check-in i realise the Desk person was not happy, looked she was tired. I went to room, the key was not working, i stepped -in and out three four times to get new workable keys finnally the desk cleark opened-up my room with master card. one pillow was missing so i went to desk again to get pillow, the desk person refused my request. I went back in my room , in the bathroom, i found hairs in the tub and all over the floor, the carpet was stained and broken fabric on the chairs, the furnichure was 15 years old never polished atleast., the smoke smell in Non smoking room, the lamp shaded were dusty and yellow stained. there was a remote but the batteries missing . i realise those in 20-25 minutes. i went to the desk, for check-out and get my full refund back, after 20 minutes arguments, finally i got my full refund, i was willing to drive further on thruway to get better hotel, but i show Econo Lodge across the street of this Inn, I went to the Desk the customer was great-helpfull, I ask for show me the non smoking room, the desk person show me a room, it was a very clean, and well equipped and brand new fixtures and furniture, also this hotel offer Free Continental Breakfast. looked brand new hotel, and 40.00-50.00 cheaper price than overprised-bad experienced quality inn. I must say that the Econolodge is well worth hotel than this Inn.

The pool. Smoking room thatI was forced to stay in, and it was a bit run-down.

The overall experience was great. Though the building has been around for sometime the facility has been updated. The pool was in great shape, the rooms clean and efficent with new A/C, and the staff was very knowledgable with the surrounding area. It was a plus having the Denny's Resturant food chain attached to the hotel. It gave us the opportunity to grab a bite to eat at any time of the day. The hotel was very curteous in allowing our late check-in time. It was such a pleasure staying at a location that wasn't a dump. The hotel's free internet access allowed us to keep in touch with family via e-mail.

I was very happy with my stay at the Quality Inn of Rome. The rooms were verry cozey and clean and the staff was very acomidating. The also was a great restrant in walking distance called the Franklin excelant. I would not call this hotel a dive bomb far from it. Also I liked that there was free internet access in the room I could check my emails.
