This was the worst hotel in which I have ever stayed. The air conditioning did NOT work (not a good thing in the middle of summer) and the night manger did not care to solve the problem. She repeatedly said the room would cool off, but it never did. By 1 or 2 in the morning (we had checked in at around 10 pm) it was clear that the room would never cool off, but it was too late to find another place to stay. The room itself was old, dingy and a looked worn and a bit dirty. The staff horrible. Although this room was very cheap it wasn't worth it. The hotel next door (Comfort Inn) is owned and maintained by the same people. Although I didn't stay there, I can't imagine that it was much better, clearly customer service and room maintenance are not high on the owner's priority list. Do yourself and your family a favor and spend another couple of dollars staying somewhere else, you will be glad you did.

Quiet clean aim to please manager took care of needs. Night clerk didn't get us the requested re frig. The manager was very accommodating and wanted us to be satisfied with our stay of 10 days so offered a very attractive weekly rate.

Although the young manager was nice, the hotel was run down, the pool and hot tub looked dirty and our room smelled foul. We had four rooms as family and each had an issue. The ceiling in our daughters bathroom had a piece fall in. A sign advertized new rooms, but the only thing new was the mattresses and pillows and maybe the paint. The bed did sleep very well. We did not see any bugs which was a plus. I won't make reservations here again.

Close to Paris island. New employee, had to call someone on the phone as she did not know how to register me on the system. Very affordable and close to the interstate.

This recently remodeled hotel offered hot breakfast gratis and had bed that you would expect to find in a 4 star hotel. It was much better than the 2 star ranking.
