The television failed to switch on and would not respond until after the desk attendant had repeatedly switched the plug from the lower to the upper outlet several times. This suggests a short inside the wall or in the television wiring/electronics itself, constituting a safety hazard and due to non-professional electrical work.

We were on the road and had a very late night, and the front desk attendent provided us with EARLY breakfast at no charge. This was very much appreciated since we were exhausted and very hungry. It is not often that you find service like this a a motel. Our stay was very brief, we have no complaints and were very pleasantly surprised by the outstanding hospitality and charming conversation at the front desk.

We were on a family trip to NC and we stayed here one night - myself, husband and 2 small children, along with 2 other couples and their children. Upon pulling in at 9pm, the air conditioner cover was missing front the front. No problem, probably just fell off. Once inside the room, we were met by a crib with 2 wheels missing, slanted and containing a blanket that looked like a dog chewed it. AC was too high, went to lower it and found about 10 dead flys. There was dirt/food particles behind the dresser. Upon entering the bathroom, the toiler paper rolls had about 1/4 paper on them and looked like they were just used. One of the other couples found roaches in the bathroom in the morning. Horrible experience, especially when you have small children with you. I will never trust to stay at another "Quality" Inn again.

It was very convenient to the highway and where I needed to be.

I was comped for a free night..needed a rollaway..they charged me...tacky!! The doors are made out of wood...in the summer, they expand and are almost impossible to open and close! The water in the room is brown and smells! We found mouse droppings near our snicky-snax and had to through out.! Do noy use the bureau's (your close will smell like mildew!) The carpet's are dirty-do not walk bare footed! I did not see roaches, but i am sure they are there! The pool has had a loose railing for 2 years! Still not fixed! In order to save this hotel ,it is necessary to destroy it!

This hotel stated that it had been recently renovated. If it was, it most have only been 1 room. The room was dirty, and the overall experience was poor. I would not stay here again. The staff didn't seem to care about the quality of our stay or customer service. After the past few reviews, online travel website should seriously consider not offering this hotel as an option for consumers.

Manager/owner was very accommodating and friendly. Had a mildew smell in our room. Hotel was clean. Heat was not working in our room and manager/owner immediately checked it out for us and gave us another room with no problems or hesitation at all. We liked his friendliness and accommodating conversation during continental breakfast.

The staff made an effort to keep things nice and was friendly. It is fairly old and worn. This is an older motel without fancy amenities. However, the owners have made a real effort to work with it. There were 3 pillows on each bed (unusual). The continental breakfast was well stocked and included some extras, such as hard-boiled eggs and fresh fruit. The owners were very friendly and seemed to appreciate having our business.

Good location Water in first room, air conditioners don't work well, tub had jets that didn't work, plumbing didn't work because office area had to use the water - we ended up moving ""up"" from the queen suite to a king regular room - hair all over the floor, bugs in both rooms - simpering manager who seemed to care but didn't give a break on room rate from this nightmare - I travel here often - never again

Pet friendly. Room badly in need of renovation. This hotel has pleasant staff and nice grassy area away from highway. Accepts dogs. Everything clean. Wallpaper and molding need to be replaced. Room very crowded no good place to read.

Convenient to a restaurant that we like. Not very clean and the rooms smell musty. This hotel needs a serious makeover. Rooms are not very clean and smell damp and musty. We will look for alternative accommodations for our next trip through this area.

The hotel has a nice picnic area. The hotel is old and the rooms smell. Overpriced for an old and ran down hotel.

"Despite the bad review, I decide to stay here because of the price; however the place wasn?t bad at all. I found out they had renovated all the rooms 2 months ago. I had no problem with my room, plus the high speed internet was surprisingly faster than my cable at home. "

Please be warned that no matter how desperate you are DO NOT STAY HERE! The room was ramsshackled and smelly. It was impossible to get a wink of sleep in the lumpy bed and there were drunks carousing all night with the doors to their rooms open. Guy at desk said he couldn't do anything about it because he couldn't leave his post. Ugggh.

Please don't even think about staying at the Quality Inn in Pocomoke City. I reserved a room on line. When I arrived it was dark but the smell of garbage from the garbage plant next door was so strong. When I opened the door to my room all I could smell was mold. I wondered if at one time this motel was flooded. It was the worst motel that I have ever slept in. I checked out by 6:30am because it was so smelly. My pillow and clothes smelled of mildew until I could wash them. Please don't stay at the Quality Inn in Pocomoke City.

"This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Room smelled, it was filthy--dead flies on the back window, stains on the sheets, rusted furniture, lights not working, spiders in corners. We arrivied late and had no other option but to stay. Breakfast was with stale food. I protested paying for the room, refusing to sign for my for my credit card, but they sent the charge in anyway. DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!"

"Nastiest place I ever stayed in my life! Bugs, filth, stains, smells. Only stayed because we were too tired and it was too late to go elsewhere. "
