It was dirty. This hotel is in a very good location for the price that I paid. Because it was my first time in Orlando, I would pick something better next time. The reason I say that is because the room was okay it was a little out dated. So not my style.

Good value for the money - but not the Ritz.

stayed with family 2 adults 3 children aged 16,9,8. hotel was very clean rooms of course did not look like pctures on internet but it was still very decent... shuttles to universal was ontime no hassles shuttle driver willie d was awesome very informative... check in and out of hotel was a breeze.. buffet breakfast was very good. all hotel staff was friendly.. pools were great. location was good i trolley was very helpful also try the lynx bus. before buying tixs to park try sizzler for special into parks( about 25.00 cheaper) and be sure to bring all coupons given. also don't eat at sizzler or ponderosa not worth the price paid .. take the i trolley to the golden corral very good dining for decent price.. but sure to bring water ur own water bottles to parks (universal studios, island adv) also try going to the parks on tuesday or wednesday no waiting in line.

We came here to relax in the sun and enjoy Florida. This was the first time we stayed in this hotel and it will be the last. The room was dirty, the workers did not seem to care or enjoy their job and the overall apprearance of the hotel seemed to need a major upgrading. This stay was an overall negativie experience.

The hotel itself is OK for its money. The location is nice and many nice dinners around. However, it's very noisy at night because it's right beside busy road. However, for someone doesn't want to drive and uses their shuttle service, it will be NIGHTMARE. Each round trip to park is $16/person. However, the shuttle stops at so many hotels and parks, we spend average 1.5 hours in the morning to go to park and 2 to 3 hours in the evening back to hotel. The way back to hotel was especially bad. The bus was never on time. Sometime, it was 2 to 3 hours late, sometime just didn't show up at all and you had to wait for next scheduled bus (usually 1 hour late for the schedule again) to show up. One day, the bus was very late and really full when it's coming. We had to stand and lean on each other about 1 hour in the bus to get back to hotel (my 6 years old son had to stand the whole trip too). Another day, it happend to be really cold. None of us was prepared for that unusual cold night. We standed to wait and did jumping-jack to keep us worm. As usually, the bus was more than 1 hour late (supposed to pick us at 8pm, but showed up after 9:30pm). We even watched Disney's firework on the parking lot (was we pitful?). However, by the time the bus came. It was full. And the driver ordered everyone out to wait for another bus to come (maybe another 1 or 2 hours later). I and my son were lucky that a little girl set on his dad's lap and gave me and my son one seat so that we could stay in the bus (Thank you, nice people. We appreciated it very much). The little girl's parent said that they were on the bus for about 3 hours already. There was another day, when the bus came (as usual, about 1 hour late), the driver told us that he wouldn't stop at our hotel. I was furious and told him that I paid money and I wanted service. After talking to his manager, we were allowed to get on the bus. The three days we took their paid shuttle bus (total $96 for both me and my son) were nightmare

Stayed at the Quality Inn - undergoing renovations - but 3 pools, fairly quiet and good location!

Room was pricey, and plain. A/C compressor noisey, did I say noisey???? YES! For this price I could NOT believe no Breakfast. I'll look around closer next time. I'm Glad I only drove 40 minutes....... Otherwise, the wife and I had a wonderful time up and down I-Drive, where there are MANY other motels by the way.

They have very excellent staff. This hotel is on prime location and I extremely liked their daily clean service. It was really a value for money for me & my family. I would definitely recommand it to my other friends.

Location on International Drive is excellent. Hotel accommodation is dated, and in need of a refit.

Hotel is fair if you are on a budget. Rooms are older with few amenitites. Location is perfect for those wanting to access International Drive and the amusements. Service was good. If you can do better, try to.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would stay again if I am in the Orlando Area. It is not just a worth the money but would have been worth more. I requested coffee in the morning and it was delivered within 15 minutes. The staff at the desk were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

Very loud and noise travels right through the walls. Very cost friendly. You get what you pay for. The hotel staff was friendly and the rooms were as clean as they could be. The bed spreads are a little rustic, but the room is overall worth the price. The ONLY problem we had with the hotel was the noise from people running up and down the walkways. Noise seems to travel right through the walls. Other than that...I would highly recommend staying at this hotel for the price.

My english is not good, but I will try write a review for this hotel. The first day we arrived in these hotel, my niece 11 years old and I made to trips from the car to the room, second time, I saw the door open and a big black man was inside the room clean the bed, I asked what he was doing there and he said we forgot change the bed...but you guys can come in, I said no thanks, we will waiting outside. Later when we went to sleep, I saw the bed had hair and look like they didn't change the bed. I call for a somebody come to change the bed. The bathroom was dirty, I went to buy clorox, because everthing had black spots, fungus...I don't know, but was very dirty. I stay for 4 days and I was glad When I came in my home and I took a long shower and felt clean again. I sent all the clothes, clean and dirty to dry clean.... I can say, if you like live in a clena place, never go to this hotel.

The hotel looks better from the outside, but once inside it is not different than a budget motel. I traveled with my daughter and her family. We reserved two rooms. The front desk staff that took care of my room was friendly and efficient, but the staff member that took care of my daugther was everything but friendly and efficient. We were given directions to our rooms (it is a big resort). We drove around three times looking for a parking space (it was 11PM at night). When we arrived to the rooms, I was lucky. My room was sparkling clean, smelled good, the beds were comfortable and the linen was crisp and white. However, my daughter's room smelled of moist, there was mildew in the bathroom and the A/C was not cooling properly. The TV were bigger than expected. This hotel has problems with noise control. When we arrived there were about 10 teenagers running the hallways, talking loudly but I was very tired and fell sleep immediately, however, my husband complained the next morning. I woke up at 6AM and it was hard to go back to sleep due to the noise from Interstate 4. At 8AM the noise of the lawn mowers woke me up; on a Saturday!!! Check out was swift, and for the price we paid, I will stay there again, but I will request a room facing International Drive and try to arrive earlier to have a choice of another room.

This Hotel has a very good location on I-Drive in Orlando, Fl. Acouple of the front desk people were very nice, the others were not. We had to move from the first room because of a loud rumble, they would not even refund any of our points we used for our room. They have no fitted sheets in the whole hotel. The soda machines dont work and others have remained empty for the two weeks we have been here even after complaining to Mgt. there is 1050 rooms here and after 10:00 pm you can not find a parking spot, and thats at 55% occupancy. Hate to see it when its full. Maids kept knocking on door, even with the do not disturb sign posted.

Very convenient. Maid service. Hotel was good for traveling on a budget. We really only slept and showered there and spent the rest of the time at local attractions. We would stay there again.

This Hotel was awesome, its close to great restaurant, and only minutes away from Universal, Island of Adventures, Wet and Wild. Check in was smooth, and fast. The Room was very clean, no smell at all. I greatly recommend this hotel. The staff is very friendly, and welcoming. Overall i would definitely stay at this hotel again.....
