Convenience to highway. ACquality. The staff was very, very nice and understanding. I think AC units need to be checked. It was extremely hot outside and was barely cooling inside room. Wasn't that bad but room would get warm.

The staff very unfriendly. Bad staff they were hurrying my family to be out by 11.00 am when the check out was supposed to be at 12.00 because the maids don't clean the rooms after 11.00 am.

They where very helpful and very respectable hotel was very clean. There was not anything I can complain like I said they were very helpful. I will return to hotel again when I go to san Juan everyone was very friendly and respectable very clean you always see some one cleaning .every one greeted you so yes I would go stay there again.
