Large grassy area for dogs. Room smelled and no refrigerator. I will not stay here again unless the price is lower.

Pillow on 2nd bed had obvious stain (probably blood), feces on base of toilet (didn't see either until day 2), in-room frig and m-wave were rusted, ice container was dirty on underside of lid, staff charged me incorrectly and told me mgr only could change and he would be there next day. Called next day and was told by same clerk that mgr wouldn't be back until 02-15. Difficult staff doesn't begin to describe. Am having to dispute with credit card company. On a positive, less road noise than first hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The pillows were stinky and the room was damp. The room served its purpose: a place to sleep. Otherwise, we booked non-smoking, had to go back to the clerk because we got a smoking room; the room seemed damp and had a moldy feel; the pillow smelled like body odor; and the donuts were awful.

Rude Staff, run down hotel needs to be tore down...pool was so dirty kids could not swim bugs floating in pool and this was an inside pool. No air in the lobby so that should of told us something....we had to change rooms 3 times and the same problems, no air, dirty, bugs and would advise anyone who wants to stay here think again...stay away there is a lot more hotels near this one that is so much cheaper and nicer. This was not a cheap hotel....average price was * a night ....this has to be a private owned hotel because i am hoping that Choice Hotels would not let this happen to one of there own.....if they do I will not be staying again.....

First the underside of the comforters were dirty, blood on one. The pool looked like a pond - had to disappoint the kids, no swimming. The heater in our room failed in the middle of the night and they would not give us another room because they were booked and had no maintenance staff on duty to correct the problem. At check-out they refused to discount the price and were very rude about it, there were at least 4 people in line waiting their turns to complain."

I liked leaving this hotel! Everything! We stayed at this same hotel in 2003, it was great! Clean, friendly service, had laundry room for guests, extra towels "brought" within 5 minutes of calling the front desk. Not this time! Carpet was sticky as was the tile floor, black mold on the shower head, no plastic shower curtain just the cloth one. Dead bugs under air conditioning unit that also dripped on the carpet. All tables were sticky, and if you leaned your arms on them, you got sticky brown gook on you. Four people and we were only given two bath towels, 3 hand towels and 2 wash cloths. Black mold also in the refrigerator & freezer door. Pillows and sheets had unknown stains and blood stains (asked for another pillow and were told "we don't have any more" nor did they have an extra blanket), asked housekeeping for towels and wash cloths for 4 and got 3 bath towels 6 wash cloths& 3 hand towels ! All items asked for (what we got of them) we had to go to the lobby (front desk) and get them! Also, the guest laundry was non existent! They advertise it but they don't have it! Also, when you go outside your room, all you smell is a very strong urine smell mixed with a very strong mold smell. If you are going to stay here, make sure you bring bug spray, your own vacuum, Lysol spray, Clorox household spray cleaner and a big bottle of febreeze! Better yet, don't stay here!

Our family liked the pool, breakfast, convenience. No pull out beds or cribs. This hotel was rated appropriately. It was fine for our family. The continental breakfast area was clean and spacious. Offered many options. The pool was fun for kids.
