The hotel room itself wasn't terrible, but it was not worth the price. There were stains on the bedding as well.

This hotel is fine if you do not need excellent accomadations. We were not in our rooms very much so it didn't matter to us. It was nice having the refrigerator in the room since they did not provide a free continental breakfast.There is a restaurant next door.

Microwave and fridge in the room. Towels were rough, thin, cheap, and horrible. The hotel was nice and covered our being able to sleep. The rest of the time we were out and about. No major issues other than we never liked the towels, and didn't think the housekeeping gave us enough.

We arrived to the hotel to find the pool roped off- when we questioned it we were told the pool was being resurfaced and would be closed all weekend. That wasn't going to work for us traveling with 2 kids in 90 degree weather. We were disappointed when we had called twice to confirm our reservation- the person who confirmed the reservation should've informed us of that fact. As a result the manager and desk staff were understanding and refunded one of our 2 nights. we changed hotels and our trip was resumed.

Based on the reviews, I decided to give this hotel a try, and was very happy with it. We were looking to get away for a night, decided on Palm Springs based on the decent hotel prices. Loved the pool area, plenty of tables, chairs, and sun bathing areas. Also enjoyed the misting features above some of the sun bathing areas. Really like the palms above and around the pool area, they provided excellent shade and mood. Carrows restaurant was seconds away with call ahead availability. and a 3 minute drive to downtown night life/restaurants. Will be staying again for sure!

quality inn in palm springs was not such a bad hotel location was great close to downtown,water park, and museums. there's no restaurant on the property but theres 2 very close walking distance. the pool area was nice but the water was kind of dirty. the room size was ok but no microwave in my room but thanks to housekeeping i got none next day cable was not that great we did not have a lot of channels especially disney for the kids that was a disappointment for them.the bathroom was separate from the vanity area that was nice and more private.blanket's need to be updated a little too old.

Location was great. Shower head had no pressure. Quality Inn of Palm Springs is a good choice if you are staying for a short time. The room was small but comfortable. It was very clean. Most of the TV channels didn't work. The Internet connection was solid. The water pressure from the tub spigot was excellent; the water pressure from the shower head was awful.

After i arrived at the hotel, i went right to my room since it was so late i walk in...it smelled like irine...like a dog pee ed all over the floor...to tired ... to back to the front desk...i went to sleep..... lafter couple days i was looking for my shoes and found socks under the bed....gross i didn't bring socks...

We stay here when we visit Palm Springs. The price is great for what you get - the rooms are always clean. The pool area is wonderful, and the temperature is always perfect! Carrows is right there for a snack if you need it and Ichiban is the bomb when it comes to the tappan grill! The hotel is very close to Palm Springs downtown. We visit to go to the pool, Las Consuelas circular bar and of course Melvins for dinner. It works for us!!!

The Quality Inn in Palm Springs offers great value and amenities for the money. We were able to get a very early check-in and used the free wireless internet access to research nearby attractions. The room was small but comfy, with a refrigerator, nice TV with Nintendo video game capability (at an additional charge), hair dryer, and iron with ironing board. The phone didn't work, but wasn't a problem as we have cell phones. No towels, either, but they were quickly provided. The pool area is very nice, with plenty of chaises and chairs. The misting system provided some cooling relief from the July heat. Nearby restrooms eliminated the need to return to the room. Nearby restaurants and grocery stores made this an enjoyable visit.

Cons: The room is small. There is no free breakfast. There was power failure on my last night of stay, 1am - 6am. Staff are not especially friendly. Pros: The room is clean. The environment is quiet. There is wireless internet.

This Quality Inn was very comfortable with the type of room you would expect. The pool and jacuzzi were definitely the highlights as they're very nice and very clean. The staff was great and went out of their way to get us a room on the second floor close to the pool which is exactly where we wanted to be. The hotel is located a few miles from downtown Palm Springs which worked out great for us as it was a quick drive to downtown without having to pay the high prices of staying downtown. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, clean place near downtown Palm Springs for a very reasonable price.
