i enjoyed my stay here the only negative was the odd smell when you enter the hotel otherwise i enjoyed my stay

The location was good. The construction around the hotel proper. A convenient place to stay, driving distance from beaches and other attractions.

My son and I were awakened at 4am when we heard a large CRASH! Our bathroom roof tile collapsed because the airconditioner above it was leaking. And speaking of those airconditioners, they were so loud that we had to turn ours off in order to get any sleep at all. And when I asked the front desk for a refrigerator, I was told that all requests had to be in before 4:30pm because that's when the handyman goes home. I told the receptionist that I don't need a handyman to plug in a refrigerator, but she wouldn't budge. QUALITY is definitely a misnomer. They'd be better off to bulldoze the place and sell the property.

The staff was good, rooms were okay, but walking to the room I was pretty concerned in what I could expect from my room. Carpets were poorly patched and dim corridors. Also pretty noisy from group of teenages staying there.

We went to this hotel because we wanted to see the shuttle go up. The location was close to where we wanted to be since we had to travel aways to get there. I have stayed at quite a few places, Never had one to have bugs in the bed. They looked like ticks. Not sure what they were. They offered us different rooms but it was so late and we figured there were bugs everywhere. There was also a dog in the room down the hall that was barking. If it had not been so late and we weren't traveling in a area we did not know we would have just left.

The room was more spacious than I expected. The air conditioning unit was very loud. The hotel staff was quite friendly and helpful. There's a lot of shopping and restaurants in the immediate area. There was a lot of value for the money.

Although many of the previous reviews are negative - it most probably is because they comment on the previous hotel ownership. This property has been a Quality Inn only for 4 months, and they are in the process of extensive renovation. The continental breakfast is adequate. The service and responsiveness is good. The only negative is rooms that are in the vicinity of the night club (part of the hotel). Even numbered rooms from 20 to 36 will be exposed to the music beat (if that sort of stuff bothers you).My only recommendation is that although you can find the property through the Choice Hotels, or a Goggle search, it is still not listed in the phone book as a Quality Inn. It is still listed as the Safari Inn. I'm sure that will change soon. The hotel is accessible to major attractions and highways - good value for the money.

We found roaches in our room on the final night. Trouble with the sink basin on the first night. Couldn't get internet acess in the room. Maintenance work being carried out either side of our room. Not even sure if the fire alarm system was operational during our stay.

We asked for adjoining rooms for other family members and our request was met. Public areas could use more flowers and artwork. Hotel met our overall needs. The complimentary breakfast could have offered a better coffee service and fruit selection. Better quality coffee and real cream as well as more seasonal fruit.

The room was a good price but once i got in the room i knew why it smelled the bathroom was nasty and had ants on the floor the electrical plugs in my room sparked when i tried to plug something in scary but i do have to say that night club they have there is the worst part of all it is loud you can hear it in the rooms which means you get know sleep they need to clean that place up and do away with the club but the club is probably what pays the bills my visit sucked

Everything worked in the room. Wish my room had a fridge, poor TV reception.

The room was so inexpensive that I was afraid the hotel would be a real dump. It was actually quite nice. A lot of renovation has been done due to recent weather related damage. The room was not fancy but was comfortable and had everything we needed. There were many restaurants close by. If you are visiting Florida Institute of Technology, this is the place to stay. The school was about a mile away. The continental breakfast was basic but sufficient. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a reasonable room rate and don't need a five star hotel, this is the place to stay.

Rates, location, staff all met or exceeded expectations. The room had a hint of cigarette smoke odor. All things considered this was a pleasant stay.

Nice clean room. The breakfast. They didn't have many things to choose from just cereal, bread and juice. The check in was quick and the front desk staff notice us right away. The room was neat and there were enough towels in the bathroom.

"The hotel was okay for the price. We had a nice clean room with a king size bed, sofa bed and ottoman, desk, microwave, refrigerator, TV. The desk had a phone but it didn't work, but the one on the nightstand did. We stayed for three nights and it was quite. The bathroom could use some remodeling but other than that it was a good hotel."

It had mold and mildew everywhere, I liked nothing. It smelled and was so dirty and falling apart. It was somewhere even my dog would not sleep in. I had no choice but to sleep there. Did not want to touch anything because of the mold and mildew, the ceiling was falling in.

The hotel employees were always happy to help me with anything.

The price was the only thing we liked about this hotel. Everything, the hotel needs a lot of work. It needs a serious remodel of all areas. The hallways and elevators were very hot. They also smelled of cigarette smoke. The room itself was very out dated and dingy. The ceiling tiles were falling and damaged. The walls looked very worn and stained. The bathroom was also very worn. It needed new fixtures and new everything. The two pools were a great disappointment. Both pools were extremely small, not the type of pools you want to swim in. It seemed to us that the hotel was used a lot by the locals for special events but, not much by other guests. The parking lot was almost empty despite it being a holiday weekend and having high school graduations in their ballrooms for 2 of the 3 days we stayed there.

This place was much better years ago as Ramada Inn and with the different staff. I had bugs in my room and the hotel smelled of bad mildew. I would advise my worst enemy to stay here.

Indoor atrium, Indoor Pool. Room decor was dated and fixtures were old. It was a great value; you get a good service for the price.
