Good location and view of surrounding area. Staff were courteous, helpful.

Balcony. Odd shaped location of bathroom. Was convenient location, had balconies overlooking the dam and river, but ours looked out at the parking lot. When got home, found that we had been double billed. Only way to 2nd floor room was through fire door and up the stairs through that fire door.

This is an older property, still well-maintained. The room was fine and the free breakfast was a plus (and well-attended). Having food service and a bar on-site is convenient, and not many other Page hotels have a restaurant or bar. Hot water was a bit unpredictable, sometimes had to run the shower for 5 minutes before it was hot. No elevator to the 2nd floor, stairs only. Loud traffic was an issue on a couple of nights/early mornings, due to one noisy vehicle. The bedding was nice (had a light duvet) but the bed and pillows were below average. The hotel is non-smoking throughout, but a cigarette smoke odor still lingered in some areas. The weather was too cool to enjoy the small patio with the room, this could be very nice in the warmer months. The rooms overlook parking, which allows you to keep an eye on your vehicle. Additional restaurants and shopping within walking distance. This hotel is adequate, but I will try a newer property on my next trip.

It is a good motel, beautiful location. Inhouse restaurant. Breakfast was perfect. Staff are rude and didn't see the need to be friendly to the guests.

The best thing about this hotel was the location and the views from the rear, after that, everything else was subpar. The balcony furniture was broken, the hvac unit was very noisy and broke while i was there. The wireless internet worked about 20% of the time and the maid service was interesting. some days they cleaned others, all they did was make up the bed. The staff while response was generally unfriendly. The bath room was to die for. the sink had a hot water facet that was turned on backwards and the shower never had hot water no matter the time of day. The shower head was clogged and the water pressure approached zero. The pool was on the edge of the property, no towels were provided. Other than those small items, it wa a real palace

View was nice. Oddly designed rooms were very old, carpets were not very clean and windows were very drafty.

Pros: Good location, breakfast and the view from the breakfast room was awesome. There is a shop which had a good collection of native american stuff. Cons:Staff wasnt that friendly and he was not understanding what we were saying. Nor did he took an effort to understand. He mislead us to the location of the room and we had to struggle to find the right room. And there is no elevator to the second floor in the main wing. Bathrooms could have ben more cleaner.

This was my first stay at this hotel. It was right on the main road, easy to find. Check-in was quick and easy. The comlimentary beverage in the lounge was a nice touch. I found the room comfortable, however there were some housekeeping issues, i.e dust in places and areas not cleaned properly. The food in the restaurant was what one would expect from a place that serves all taste. I went late for breakfast, so the food had a warmed over taste. One suggestion for them. Buy different coffee or at least put more coffee in the pot. The coffee was terrible.

They gave us a room with an incredible view. The convenient door for us wasn't working, had to walk far around.

Front desk staff was unfriendly and definitely not very helpful in helping me locate my room when I checked in at 11 p.m. First impressions are important in terms of whether or not a hotel will be worth staying at, and this hotel gave a poor impression.

Excellent view of the cliffs and Lake Powell, breakfast was the best continental breakfast I have ever had.Service was friendly and helpful, price was very reasonable, tax in Page is outrageous at almost 11% which was a bummer.Found an amazing Italian restaurant close by called Bella Napoli (great buffet) Antelope Canyon was amazing thanks to Chief Tsosie. All in all an excellent bargain for our family."

This hotel provides excellent value. The rooms are clean, the view from the rooms with a lake-side view is great and I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Its location in the middle of town and so close to the Lake Powell Marina made it easy to find my way around and there were many restraurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend and would stay there again myself.

Rooms - Location. Noisy indoor and outdoor - Personal not too friendly : they did not had the idea to propose close room for parents and teenagers.

This hotel was well worth the small price paid to stay there. Everything was clean and comfortable. A pretty good breakfast with eggs, hashbrowns, and cool foods too. Great customer service.

Spacious clean rooms, friendly staff and great breakfast. The only thing I didn't like was to go outside to get to the lobby. I would stay here again.

The complimentary breakfast was very good. Good location. Easy to locate.

Location and room size are good. Awkward room door entry and bath area. Fair price, good room size, breakfast (included) was adequate. Good location, walking distance to town and nearby restaurants. Staffs were helpful and friendly. I did not like the weird angle hotel/room design making all room entry area small. Sink area should be enclosed so the lighting does not disturb everyone who may still be sleeping.
