Good value for the money. Vanity was coming off the wall, bathtub did not drain well.

The pool was filthy. The lobby area and hallways were dirty and smelled bad. There was sand in our bathtub. It's what you would expect in a cheap motel, but the stay was not cheap.

The hotel wasn't bad - pool was warm but there were about 25 little kids splashing everyone & taking up the whole pool - not the hotel's fault but annoying when trying to relax.

looks as if they took an older office building and made a crash pad, plaster in bathroom was molded around the base board. The only good thing was discount zoo tickets.

Friendly employees, decent parking, very good location. Very small,TV was placed on mini fridge. Not bad for the price. Nice tropical atmosphere in pool area.

The hotel staff was very helpful with directions to local places. The pool water was a bit salty. I don't know why? My children and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Although the bathroom could have been bigger. It was a little tight getting in there. I really have to hand it to the hotel desk clerks. They helped this mother with directions via their own maps and over the phone when I got lost late at night and couldn't find my way back to the hotel. Above and beyond the call of duty, kudos!

Rooms backset from main hallways. Rooms were dated in appearance. I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean with a semi retroish feel to them. The entrance from the main hallway to rooms was backset and had a nice privacy feel.

The pool area was a great attraction as my children love to swim. The loud music from the club that is attached to the hotel. The location of the hotel was close to lots of attractions but access to the hotel was limited. The breakfast was good although being a person who trys to eat healthy, the choices were very few. As an overall, the stay was good and we will probably use this location on future visits.

The staff was friendly, the pool was nice. The rooms were small, desperately needed a paint job, and had old carpet. This was the worst room I've ever had, and I'm not usually hard to please. The bathroom was so small you could hardly stand up in it, the carpet was old and nasty, and the walls had stains and needed paint terribly. The positives were the pool and the desk clerk, nothing else.

Comfortable rooms, nice breakfast. Some noise in rooms from club room. Would stay there again, convenient location, comfortable beds, nice breakfast and friendly staff.

The pool and club. The bathroom in our room was very small. I was really pleased with the hotel itself. It had a very nice pool area and it was nice to be able to play pool and dance without paying for a taxi to get you downtown and back. The staff was also very friendly and helpful with all our requests.

Bedding and linens were clean. Excessive pool noise; poor shower/plumbing. Overall a less than satisfactory experience. Young children screaming in pool area at 8am on a Sunday ended my attempts at sleep after getting in late the evening before. Breakfast buffet was not well presented and serving area did not appear particularly clean. Will not stay at this hotel again.

The location was ideal, easy to find, but not in the middle of downtown. The room was really small and the bathtub was very dirty. This hotel merits another stay, despite the room size. We were very comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The pool area and Jacuzzi were well-maintained and was a relaxing place to be. I thought the cost per night was bit pricy, though, because the room was so small.

Not much Everything It was a flash of the 60's. They tried to maintain it but extremely dated and strange. It was like dressing up 90 year old women and trying to pass her off and a beauty queen. No matter what you did, it just isn't going to happen!

Great customer service and good location. Had to stay in a smoking room wanted nonsmoking. The hotel was clean. The pool and hot tub was great. The staff was great. (Great customer service.) The continental breakfast was good. The only complaint was I wasn't able to park in assigned parking space the first night.

They were accommodating. The breakfast was great! I chose the hotel because our family could get tickets for the zoo, had a nice pool and it looked family friendly. The breakfast in the morning is wonderful. Waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, cereal, fruit, different breads,etc. If you go away hungry, it's your fault. We would stay again.
