This hotel appears to be worn out, limited parking required overflow adjacent to "gentlemen's club" across busy Highway A1A with very limited security lighting, missing security lighting in public walkways, elevators oit of service on day 2 of stay very firendly and accomodating staff, poor property

this has to be the worst motel i have stayed in at daytona, the carpet was dirty, the rooms were very out dated and the window were so dirty you could not see out of them, the doors had to be slammed to shut them and the sink leaked water in the floor the whole time we were there. we had to park across the road because there was not enough parking for all the guests, again please do not stay here

This place was terrible. I believe my daughter actually picked up an infection here. The room was fousty, the whole place was unclean. The first day we were there, some guy knocked on the door and asked if we canned Terminix. There you go, pest control on the first day. So that about sums up our experience. Please do not book this hotel!

I stayed at the Quality Inn Ocean Palms over my weekend trip to Daytona for a wedding. My air conditioning was broken in the room my friends and I were staying in and I had to contact the front desk about 3 to 4 times asking for either a room change or maintenance. Everytime I called they told me they were sending maintenance up. Needless to say we were very hot and uncomfortable all night in that little room. I eventually had no choice but to go to the front desk. They immediately changed my room. Also, they misinform you on the continental breakfast times. The parking lots are very dark at night due to "Sea Turtles" hatching and getting confused about which way is the ocean. It was very scary coming back to the hotel at night with no lights on. They do not have security or anything.Overall, being directly on the beach made up for all of the misunderstandings and its a great price to literally walk out of your room and be at the beach. It is very centrally located!

Just got back from the Daytona 500. We have stayed at this hotel for several years & have enjoyed each stay. Recently remodeled & better than ever. Suites very pricey for race week, but the suite is VERY large & oceanfront. Very secure location.Otherwise no complaints. Hotel staff very friendly & helpful to guests

The room was extremely dirty, outdated and not in very good condition. The bathroom needed a few repairs and wasn't comfortable to use. To reserve my room, I clicked on two double beds with ocean front view. My ocean front view was very deceiving (not much ocean front unless I stood over by the window and looked) and the view was not as great as it sounded. It was a disappointing stay.

The room we received because the first one was to small was excellent. The room we received the second try at the front desk was great. The continental breakfast was also great. The girl at the front desk made our stay very enjoyable.

Super low price. Place looks great from the curb, and from the lobby, but the rest of the details are very worn. We looked over the room for several minutes and then packed up & went to another hotel. Beds were in poor condition, bathroom was no better. The place just needs some touch up on all of the little details. Until then though, I wont stay.

they put us in wrong room twice. Had to hold the handle down to get the toliet work good.If you ran any amount of water at all the sink would fill up in bathroom.Was not curteous about enforcing one vehicle per room so we had to park across the road in a resturant parking area.

There was a fridge. Our first 3 door keys didn't work. The staff helped after a while to fix our door keys. Parking is very limited and the elevators were scary at best. Not a horrible hotel but bad for the price.

We checked in, then demanded a refund-The room was filthy, there was hair and dirt on the sheets and pillows, the rug was not vacuumed, the bathroom sink was unclean, the bathroom was disgustingly dirty! We were offered an upgrade to a suite and it was awful, too. The elevators were trashed. My family would not have stayed here if it was free!!!

Someone in our party does not like sand. The hotel had a deck facing the ocean with lounge chairs available, no need to walk on sand. The others loved the beach. Pool was great. Hotel rooms could stand to be updated, but overall a good experience.

Nice staff. Smoking room smelled. The room smelled like cigarettes and the breakfast was kind of skimpy.I know the economy is tough but when you put a couple bites of fruit in a cup with a lid and don't label, no one will know what it is. They were a little cheap on all the breakfast items.

Motel was a treat located directly on the beach. Entire motel in need of renovation. Good value for the price if location is more important than room.
