The matress and pillow were very comfortable. The microwave and fridge were on the floor. They were small and should have been on a table for an easier access. It was a better than the stay at the Sheridan located a block from Disneyland. Much better.

The staff was very helpful. Needs updating. Heater caught on fire. 2nd heater did not work. 3rd room shower control broken. I will not stay here again until things are updated. Staff was very helpful and I was not charged after having to move to new rooms twice. I like the area and feel safe.

Safe and restaurant convenience. Though following the eco green suggestions to reuse towels etc, the staff replaced them anyway, why are not they green too? Decent Hotel, clean, a little dark. It felt like a safe area. It was quiet also.

Check-in. Toilet that ran all night. Good check-in; ice machine in good location; pool accessible; good parking; breakfast at nearby restaurant - I didn't use breakfast coupons.
