The staff was very helpful. The room was clean.

Inexpensive and convenient. Room was decent - comfortable bed - bathroom recently updated (nice), however the toilet seat was broken and the toilet itself needed a plunging. But this was taken care of immediately upon request, there was no soap when we arrived but was provided by the front desk. I would stay there again because of the price and the convenience. The continental breakfast was more than just a donut and cup of coffee - great way to save time and money in the morning.

This hotel has nothing "Quality" about it. I would have checked out immediately but there were no other hotels with availability in the area. The Keeneland Race meet was going on along with the horse sale I was there to attend. The room door would not close without pushing it over bunched carpet. There were exposed wires hanging in the room. There was a sign on the back of the door indicating I should double-lock my door for security.I did not receive housekeeping services the first morning. The 2nd morning I did, and my loose change and food was taken.I hid most of my money while I tried to sleep. The cars parking and noise directly outside my door was very evident in my room. The enormous banging generated by my heating unit could not even drown it out.The bathroom door had a basketball sized hole in it.Truly something out of a horror movie.Voiced my complaints through the survey that was sent and received no satisfaction. They said their hotels are individually owned and operated. Then why ask me if I would stay with their chain again?Had I had my wife or family with me I would have driven as far as needed to find other accomodations.Avoid this location at all costs.

The hotel was OK I felt that the price was to high for the quality of the motel.

Dirty, unkept. The place was a dive.

Our first impressions upon driving-in were rather frightening to my wife and mother-in-law. There were an unusual qunatity of what appeared to be transitory workers (construction, hired hands, etc.)who were hanging over the second floor balcony railings involved in loud conversations, and also engaging with other groups of men who were hanging in groups in the parking lots below. My impression was these men may have been renting by the week. This was the last stay of seven nights on the road in NC, TN, KY. All of the rooms were in the same price range, however this was by far the disappointing stay in the group of seven nights. Room quality seemed short of the price paid with regards to cleanliness. The wireless WI-FI was a joke and totally UNUSABLE at our room location which was an average distance from the office. Only plus was its proximity to I-75 and New Circle Road - Rt 4. There was no chain on the first floor door, no secondary dead bolt, only a single bolt style latch within the door latch system.

We had reserved a non-smoking room more than two weeks before our arrival. The hotel initially failed to provide a non-smoking room, and the smoking room we did receive had a broken lounge chair, and the sink would not hold water. We complained to the night manager who was unwilling to help us the first night. When we complained the second night, he said he would leave a note for the day shift manager, who was able to change to a non-smoking room which was cleaner and quieter. The hotel was not one of the best we'd stayed in.

Very friendly service. Could use some serious updating. Electrical situation needs updating also. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, but the rooms need updating and need new bedding. There was burn holes all in blankets.

I have stayed in this hotel twice before, and we are going back once again. It has nice comfortable rooms, very clean, the bathrooms, while not lavish, are clean and good sized. The location is excellent, really close to the Kentucky Horse Park, and its incredibly quiet for being right on the road. Thier pool is clean, and they have good parking. The front desk staff are EXTREMELY welcoming and are happy to assist you for anything. This is a very good hotel for the cost and a short visit! :D

This particular Hotel was from a past era. The ambiance reminds me of something from a postcard from the 1970's. I'm sure the hotel was great at one time but when compared with the hotel next door, it looked dated. The room was fairly large and the normal bed/desk/dresser was okay. The original room that was assigned to me had the upstairs right in front of the window. Glad that I asked to switch because there was always activity late at night around that area. The pool looked good but was closed. The workout room was located in a seperate building that served as several storage areas for office supplies, mattress and other equipment. If they had the windows to each room covered, it might not be so obvious that there was no thought about the appearance of sloppiness for this part of the hotel. If value is all you care about and just have a place to rest, then it would serve its purpose. If you plan to spend most of your time in the room, then you will be disappointed.

Nothing. Poor service, nasty room, cords wrapped with duct tape, mattress ripped, and it stunk. The cord to the lamp was had wires showing with duct on it, and had a short in it. The box spring on the bed the whole side was ripped with springs showing. I called for towels and never got them. The comforter on the bed had cigarette burns all over it. I would not ever stay at this place or recommend anyone else too.

The hotel was accessible to where I was going. But I was told that it was in a ""not so good"" part of the city. So, if you're traveling alone, this is not a good place to stay. Breakfast had good choices. The room clean but the bathroom is not acceptable. Well, overall, you get what you pay.

The room was adequate, but overpriced for its condition and was dirty. Clock radio and tv remote were under one of the beds and clock was unpluged. Bath tub non slip floor was peeling off. A dozen or more roudy kids (my pc description) were squeeling tires, running in/out of one of the rooms at 1:15am. Desk clerk did nothing for 20 minutes and after 2pm, they finally dispersed. Staff was useless at helping. Jerk Clerk should be fired. Can't speak for other staff.

Hardwired data network and not wireless. Poor building quality. Not the cleanest but not the worst either. The building wasn't in the shape of other quality inn's I've stayed at.

Location. It was a slum. It for sure should not be a 3 star! Although it appeared like a slum house, it was realtively clean inside.

Nothing. Everything. Absolute dive. Location was in Lexington, Kentucky but may as well have been a Detroit Ghetto. Smoke free room (described as such) had cigarette burns in the upholstery of the furniture and smelled of smoke. Broken down car in lot with flat tires. Just an amazing experience in a bad way.

Clean, coffee maker, hair dryer. Too much noise. I would stay there again, but not in room 231.there was too much noise from the express way. Somebody tried to get into our room. We were there to get some sleep, my husband had to check into the hospital at 10 am so were didn't get much rest.

It was clean, attractive, and very functional. Failure to plow the snow from the parking area. I did not use the public areas; did not avail myself of their breakfasts. I had very little need for interaction with the staff, but those I met were very friendly and helpful. The room had ample lighting, the TV was large and worked well, the bed was very comfortable, and the maid service was flawless.

Very convenient location. Heat was not working properly. Bathroom was not very clean. This hotel needs lots of updating. The rooms were not attractive. Beds were very uncomfortable and the temperature in the room was extremely warm. The television was small. Overall, I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone. The room was not worth the price I was charged.
