Our stay was good, except in the morning we experienced no water in our room, due to a broken water main. Other than that great place.

It was clean and spacious. There was no hot tub but it is, Florida. This hotel was easy to find, the room was spacious and clean. We took advantage of the internet service and coffee. For the price, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Close to St Armands Circle, Ringling Art Museum, Jungle Gardens, may restruants in area, all price ranges, Very nice. Not ultra fancy but a good value for money spent. Why spend the money on a room, we enjoyed spending it on ourselves and family.

Upon arrival to our "clean room", we found copious amounts of black, curley hair in our bathtub. The staff did not clean our room our third night there. My eyes swelled completely shut every night (either allergic reaction to pillows/chemicals on linen or bugs). I woke up with bites each morning that were not there during the day (bed bugs perhaps?). And finally, I contracted ringworm while staying at this extremely sub-par and unsanitary motel. Aside from the motel's filthy condition, the staff were extremely unpleasant and unhelpful. Sleeping in a tent on a concrete sidewalk would have made our trip more pleasant. At least then I would have to treat this ever-spreading ringworm infection for the next 6-12 months.

Room was clean and provided all needed. Rooms were clean and truly smoke-free. All rooms rented the night we were there. Staff tried to met requests we made.

Rooms are dark. Large flourescent light above sink and mirror was not working. Asked to have fixed. Wasn't fixed. Waited several hours. Complained repeatedly. Desk clerk could not find maintenence man so he brought a floor lamp that was insufficient to even shave much less apply make-up. Later TV remote didn't work. Called for service. Gave up after 1 hour. Asked for refund according to Motel policy. Was told that I would have to get my refund from the travel agent as they booked the room. Got different room next evening. It was better........at least the lights worked. Staff not helpful. They seem to have no authority to fix complaints. While checking out, I observed a woman whose room leaked. They gave her a 5 credit on her bill.

Did not like much about it, very dated. Dated with much road traffic noise. Would not stay there again, much traffic noise, AC unit very loud and very dated older motel !

The woman at the front desk was very friendly. The breakfast was good, but only 4 tables - so it was cramped. My daughter wished the pool was heated - at least a little. The room was clean and quiet. There really wasn't any place close to eat and when I booked I didn't realize how far everything was. As far as we could tell there wasn't much to do in Bradenton. Considering we used the hotel as a home base for our day trips, it was a good value for the money.

I left my Bag with a expensive item.. I got it back safely Very honest nice people there. I left my Bag with an expensive camera Lens. I called and was told it was safely in their office. I was giving information on how to arrange shipment. There are still good honest people at this hotel.
