Close to major freeway in Orlando,FL. Coffee table in room had a sticky finish top that was warping also. Good short-term stay hotel, near I-4 & 436 in Orlando,FL. I would have preferred a newer coffee table in room, but that was the only down-side to my one night stay!

This was a pretty good hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful with directions. Breakfast was simple but free. Only complaints were room safe batteries were dead and the door jamb to my room was damaged. On top of that it was right beside the interstate. I muffled the traffic noise with the fan. Overall, it was clean and comfortable even with that. I'm sure I should've just asked for another room.

Dirty room, bugs in the bathroom. Rented for 2 nights but stayed only 1 night because it was dirty.

My experience was a pleasant one from the moment I checked in. I was given a non-smoking room with a direct pool view. Great location, convenient to lots of great shopping and dining, rooms while not fancy were clean and had been recently updated. I would definitely recommend for those needing a good, clean, safe, well located place to stay in the Altamonte Springs/north Orlando area. It's not the Ritz Carlton, but it's a good value. :-)

The bath facilities seemed to be clean, very important to me. The internet cable was broken and had not been replaced. The side walks were not in good repair or swept. The swimming pool was in good shape. The room was about what we expected for the price.

Bathroom ceiling has mildew. Bathroom has pink walls, shower and tub is canary yellow and shower head hits you in the chin. Carpet turns your socks black. Continental Breakfast was very good considering the condition of the rest of the hotel. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Free internet. Overall poor facilities. Unfortunately I could not control what Hotel was provided to me but this is the worst of the four hotels (extended stay) facilities of them all. The overall condition of the facility is poor at best and certainly is not on the level of the other 3 that I have had the pleasure of staying at.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel, it was very clean and have a good smell. we enjoyed the breakfast time, because there were a lots of variety. I wanted to stay more days because it was peacefull, eventhough there was one of the guest make a noice every morning with his motorbike, it was annoiying he wake up everyone very early in the morning, but appart from that, we had a good weekend.

It was convenient to restaurants, movies etc. They ran out of 2% milk at the breakfast buffet. It was close to the major roads but relatively quiet.

This hotel was about 40 minutes away from the atractions. The carpet was filthy. Had to wash the black dirt of my kids' feet every night before bedtime. No glass plate in microwave. Refrigerator barely kept things cool - a traditional cooler with ice would have been much better. Saw a roach crawling on the bed the last day we were there. Coffee pot wasn't emptied/cleaned on a daily basis, and coffee service items weren't restocked. Easy access off the Interstate. Good variety of breakfast items, but breakfast stops promptly at 9am, which is a little late for families with small kids.

Wanted to charge $10 to choose a non-smoking room. Good area to build a new motel.

Nothing. Rooms had odor. The elevator did not work and we were put on the 3rd floor and neither did the ice machine. We are elderly and I am handicapped. the next day we were finally given the handicapped room we asked for but still no elevator. One of the housekeepers were asked to assist my husband bring down our belongings and some items were left up in the room. We were leaving for Puerto Rico in the am and they said there was nobody available to get the other items that were left until 8am and we were leaving at 7am. We returned to the hotel when we returned from PR and nobody knew of the items.

Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was very old, and children stomped up and down the stairs. There's really nothing wrong with this motel. It's old, but the furnishings and flooring are all up to date, and the sheets, floors, and bathroom were very clean and fresh. The pillows were fluffy and new, and while the bed wasn't exactly a Sealy Posturepedic, it was pretty comfortable for a motel bed. I can see where road noise would be a problem on the I-4 side of the motel, but we were on the Wymore Road side so we didn't get much of that. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast wasn't too impressive to me, but everything was fresh, and the breakfast staff was very nice. This isn't a luxury hotel, but it's a very comfortable place to spend a few nights. I'd definitely recommend this as a good budget motel.

Nice hotel. Convenient to the area. An older hotel with the general looks that come with such an establishment, but overall in good repair and neatly kept.

Perfect location, helpful lady at check in. Room felt slightly damp. Very good value, quiet, great location for my needs.

I would not recommend this hotel at all. My suggestion for everyone is if it is raining when you go, take the elevator! Don't use the stairs. I fell down the stairs and tore my ACL in my knee. The hotel staff didn't seem to care that much. The regional manager still hasn't contacted us! I would recommend another hotel beside this one.

Clean with comfortable beds. A little worn down and outdated. Housekeeping was very noisy the next morning when trying to sleep in a bit. A great place to stay when you are looking for a place to sleep at night and then get out of the town. What I expected for the price.
