Nothing. Run down, dirty, mold in bathroom, spills next to night stand not cleaned up, food in refrigerator. Not a very good place to stay in the area. There are many other options that I will choose next trip.

The hotel is recently redone and under new management. The amenities and services offered are comparable with a 4-start hotel. Free WIFI, Micro-Fridge, Iron/Board, Coffee Maker, Hair Dryer, Free Hot Breakfast w/Hot Waffles and Eggs. What else do you need to make your stay pleasant. And, I did not pay more than * +tax per night. Definitely going there again.

The hotel in in the middle of renovations and improvments are apparent. Room was clean and basically comfortable. Serious draft from around door and very noisy next to interstate junction. One night is okay, for more, look elsewhere.

The free breakfast was really good, way better than expected! Slipped and almost fell on a puddle after a heavy rain. Great value! Beds comfortable, everything worked well, people all nice, room exactly as expected, lowest price around, the free breakfast was way better than I've gotten at many more expensive hotels. Even had make your own waffles! The kids loved it.

The shower stall was clogged. Was a pleasant experience. It was just a room with a shared bathroom just as we wanted. Probably not for everyone but it served our needs just to sleep. In and out.

Over-rated, Overpriced, under acheived, hotel needs major makeover, pool dirty, grounds trashy, paint falling from landings/stairwells, mold on shower curtain, ice machines do not work, water main broke.

It was cheap, relatively. I got what I paid for, also there was a power outage. Really awful hotel, dark parking lot, felt very unsafe and uncomfortable. Room was smoky even for a non-smoking unit. Power outage knocked out the alarm clock, was late for an appointment. Wake up call was 10 minutes later than requested.

The hotel is under renovations, but it wasn't the cleanest. Shower was a little moldy, the pool was not clean - I don't think the filter was running. Areas around the outside were dirty and smelly. Desk clerk at check in was rude and abrupt. But different person at check out was very pleasant.

No bugs, clean sheets, towels, breakfast. Room had an unusual smell that dissipated with air condition on. Pretty convenient to campus, but with rough edges-not luxurious.

Close to the interstate 95, easy to go. Close to a lot of restaurants. Hotel was in renovation so dirts and small pieces of junk in area of stairs and outside airways. (Board in entrance to explain and apologize for the inconvenience). Pool was disgusting. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Room quiet. Air condition system was blowing directly on the bed, but we put a chair with a towel in front of it and it was fine this way.

Excellent location for university of Delaware visitors. Under renovation at the time of visit. Very accommodating for a motel. In room refrigerator, microwave was surprising features. Free breakfast served in a pleasantly converted room suite across from the pool. Recently renovated rooms. Prices were high during major due functions due to local supply/demand- but still best deal around.
