The bed was very comfortable. Room was clean and the pool was nice. Easy accessible location.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a large gap at the bottom of the door and the room smelled like bleach. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The shuttle was a plus.

This hotel was disgusting. I wish I hadnt been so tired that night or I would have kept on driving. The rooms were filthy, the pool dirty, the bed & towels stunk. I didnt feel safe at all in the area, and in the room too. You could see where the door looked like it had been forced open. Please dont waste your money here, keep driving to another hotel.

I think the breakfast area could be bigger and maybe not so close to the lobby. Overall my stay was pleasant. It was nice to have coffee in the room, however the water has a wierd taste and makes the coffee taste funny. My bed was very comfortable.

I was pleased with my visit and will be staying there again. Airport shuttle is nice also.

The Quality Inn Natomas would not be a re-visit for me. The high point was that the staff was efficient and friendly. The facility however, is very tired and in need of updates. The carpeting was stained and dirty, the walls in dire need of fresh paint. A cockroach was crawling over the bedside table as I put on the light which made me sleep with the lights on. I did not feel as safe with only the room door opening to the outside instead of having the added security of an added indoor locked hallway. In all fairness, the water was hot, the sheets were clean, and the hairdryer worked. Some pest control and updates would make it a good buy. Guess I should have known better.

The hotel was clean and the continental breakfast was just right. The hotel location was perfect for our needs. The night time staff was efficient and friendly.

Convenient to both freeway and where we needed to be. Beds were saggy.

Decent breakfast. Free shuttle. Friendly night staff. They did not have luggage carts and I had a lot of luggage to tote to the second floor (no rooms on the first).

The pool was ok. Pillows are the worst I have used, no bottle opener, the night help abrupt. I would not stay at this hotel again. It was close to Arco arena and the airport is the only reason I stayed there.

As good as expected. All was good. Room was clean and bed was good.

Very close to my meeting, freeway access very good. No complaints. It worked very well, the price was excellent, the room was clean and staff was very good. If ever I have business in that area again I would be pleased to stay at this Quality Inn.

The room was unsafe. There was a gap all around the door jams. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The floors bounced as people walked past the room. The floor in the bathroom looked dirty. The room was too small and not comfortable. The walls are too thin, you could hear the people in the next room. The TV went out for 3 hours and the front desk couldn't tell us when it would come back on.

Close to Arco Arena. Manager on day we checked-in, very curt. Noisy, we arrived at 2:30 and were put in room over laundry room. Manager, an Indian lady, was very curt.

It was located near the Sacramento airport. The room was fairly clean, but had mold growing in the shower, and the heater looked like an elephant sat on it. It was typical of a 1-star economy hotel. Relatively clean, and manageable for a short stay. They should put locks on the bathroom.
Date of Stay:
January, 2007
Located near restaurants. Hotel staff was incompetent. The hotel room had all necessary elements, and the location was alright, however the hotel staff were completely incompetent and had no idea what was going on. I would not stay here again.
