The outside appearance. I would not recommend staying in this hotel. It took almost half an hour to get checked in because the staff member was so slow .

Just not worth the price tag.

Would love to stay here again. So relaxing in the pines, beautiful! Clean, GREAT views, nice parklike grounds to walk, sit or play & enjoy the views. Loved scenic horseback ride, stable behind hotel, great for kids & horse lovers. Only place to get food is in their restaurant, which can get costly for every meal, unless you drive 5-8 miles to town.

The beds were so comfortable, I felt fast asleep and Iwas not a person that falls asleep fast. Kinda of out of the way, not really worth the price. The Hotel was not as nice as it looked on line, the price was way too high for the location and feel of the the hotel. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. The Continental Breakfast was a joke.

The rooms were clean. The horse smell was overwhelming. We had a security light outside our window. The housekeeping staff woke us up and later just came into our room without knocking.

It was clean, fresh, and spacious. Could have done a little better for continental breakfast. Would recommend it to my friends. Room are large enough for families. Would be a nice getaway.

I was surprised to find that the hotel is actually 7 miles east of Williams, kind of in the middle of nowhere, with no other businesses or restaurants anywhere nearby.Hotel has a restaurant with good service, but my rib dinner special was just about inedible. So it's best to drive back to Williams to eat or shop.

The outward appearance of building and facilities was very attractive. The view was spectacular and remote. The plumbing is badly outdated and needs remodeling. The bathroom looks like it belonged from the 50's. The shower nozzle is down so low that even a 5'7 person as myself had to stoop down to reach the nozzle flow. The tub became extremely slippery while showering and I had to hold onto the shower rod to keep from falling. The water goes from lukewarm to extreme hot in a matter of seconds on its own. Don't let the outward appearance of this hotel fool you. The exercise facility is not for guest as well. The meals are overpriced, and the staff is snooty. If you want a hotel that has a great outside view - out in the middle of nowhere- but do not mind the outdated plumbing and expensive meals then this might be a hotel you're interested in.

Older by well cared for hotel. Our room was clean and inviting. Did not notice any of the noise another reviewer mentioned. Enjoyed our meal in the restaurant while listening to some live entertainment. This was a quick stay, but we will be back to enjoy all the activities this resort has to offer.

Beautiful location. A small refrigerator and microwave would have been nice, there was plenty of room. A nice surprise was that this hotel is 5 miles outside of the center of Williams. The setting is beautiful! The room was nice, and the bed was comfortable but the bathroom was a bit dated. The convenience of a small fridge and microwave would have been great for left-overs.

Stayed here 3 times. Lots to do - horses, horseshoes, putting, basketball, pool, etc. Room was just fine; shower HOT water; people VERY friendly. Restaurant was good!! Will stay there any time we're in the area. You're bored only if you choose to be.

The horse stables. Size of pool. Convenient location and nice activities were available.

Nice spot, out of the way. Rental horses on premises. Great staff. Jacuzzi/pool was not open upon arrival. Sweet place, great staff, fair restaurant, out of the way on acreage, yet a fun spot to, home base, for a few days of sight seeing.

"This was to be our first vacation in 6 years. Arrived to a dingy room, smelling like RAID, with the fumes that could make you sick.Only one window had a useable screen to open windows. Room completely non sound proof, so at 12:30 AM next door occupant calls to ask to turn TV off!!No room service- you have to go an get your order ""packaged as a to go food, in containers"" but charged a 20% gratuity! It is definitely not a resort- a little above ""DUMP""!"

The excellent view, the food, the atmosphere, close to Grand Canyon. This Hotel sits on a knoll/hill overlooking a small valley and with a beautiful view of surrounding mountains. It is not far from Grand Canyon. It offers horseback riding through the mountain side, family games such as horseshoes, basketball, swimming, etc.

Scenic location. Horse dung smell. Its too far from grand canyon if u want to explore the canyon for a few days staying in this particular hotel. The commute is long. The hotel is pretty and clean. But there is no room service, not a person available to supply sugar and creamer to the rooms in the morning. There is strong horse dung smell in the corridors and the back entrance.

The approach to the hotel was welcoming. The reading lights did not work; the TV. remote was faulty. The room was spacious enough but some of the fixtures did not work and it took 1o minutes to get the hot water to the room for a shower in the morning. Staff was friendly enough and the gift shop was nicely displayed.

The staff was very friendly The accomidatins were not what I expected While the staff was friendly the accomodations are what I expect from a Motel 6 or Super 8.
Date of Stay:

Easy access from highway, horse riding, good landscaping and garden Rooms were cheap, like one star motel. uncomfortable bed, bad horse dung smell from nearby stable We booked this hotel considering the brand name (Quality Inn), but the facilities inside the room were poor and of cheap quality. Bed was horrible and full of hard springs. They need to move the horse stable at least half a mile from the hotel to prevent foul dung smell.
Date of Stay:
June, 2005
The housekeeping staff was very nice. This motel should not be named a resort.
