I enjoyed the hotel oy they had a bit of a ant problem but a exterminator was sent admitally. and I was sent to a bigger and better

Comfortable beds. Not a new motel but was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

I almost didn't book here because of online reviews. However I had other family staying at the same motel, so risked it. For the money we had a good value. I did NOT notice a smokey smell in the rooms. We were on the back side away from the interstate so the noise level was not bad. The facilities were worn but acceptably clean. We spent a lot of time sitting and visiting in the 'cafe' area and were never made to feel we were a nuisance or interference in the time schedule.

Breakfast was decent, kept fairly well stocked. Bed was comfortable. Room was not especially clean. Provided 2 not very large towels, 1 small bar of soap. Maid service was skipped the first day,(after our first night), had to go to the office for clean towels. Fire alarm went off, for several hours. Fire department DID respond rapidly, a plus.

The beds. Customer service with my request and the ants in the bathroom. We were allowed to check in earlier than the check in time but I asked for a room that would be quiet at bedtime for my kids and I was assigned a room next to the outdoor pool. There were ants in the bathroom and when I mentioned it to the hotel staff at check out time they noted it but did not offer me any compensation for the inconvenience. I thought that was poor customer service on their part.

This hotel was within easy travel distance to several places that I needed to go to. It was quiet, very comfortable and very accessible to the main highway as well as outer roads. The staff was very accommodating after a small issue with the room.

Nothing this time- card did not work. No towels for two of us. The place looked good on the outside but getting inside with the card, no towels for two of us, ants in the room, the fire alarm going on many times.

Smokey smell in a non-smoking room, trash on the grounds, murky pool, noisy at night. not recommended.

The cleanliness and access to a computer in the lobby. The expired dates on the breakfast items; not cleaning the rooms until 3 p.m. The staff was friendly and the visit was good.

Location. Smell and air condition were awful. Cost was fair, but not the place for a family due to awful smell and poor air condition.

The desk clerk quickly offered to upgrade our room when the first room given was not at all acceptable. The room was dark and musty. For a hotel rated as 3 stars, this was not remotely close. It was older which, by itself, is not a problem. The cleanliness was questionable as evidenced by the mildew in the bathtub and on the wall in the actual bedroom area. The bedspreads also had stains on them.

Great location, nice, clean facilities The Quality Inn Merriam met my needs for a place to land overnight. It was easy to find, the staff was professional and helpful. I enjoyed a quiet night's rest and had all the amenities needed. Thank you for providing a great room for a great price!

We got what we needed when we needed it. helpful. The place is nice, the pool is nice. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We felt safe and secure there. The room was one of the smallest I have ever gotten. All around: an ok place to stay.

The friendliness of the staff and the fact that they could speak English. The rooms were a little crowded. The brief time that we spent at the hotel was pleasant. Since we were on the back side of the hotel, it was also quiet.
