This hotel was pretty great. Very nice staff. Everything was very clean and neat as a pin. Lots of storage space to put stuff away and a safe for valuables. Great room amenities in the coffee maker, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer. They are "going green" here as well with their practices. We had a great night sleep in those crisp white linens too. The breakfast bar was well stocked in the morning and overall, pretty darn good for hotel food.

Close to interstate. It was fine for what we needed.

My husband and I drove into town for a basketball game and picked this hotel because we used to live right around the corner and know it's a safe area & we love north knoxville. We called the hotel while we were driving from NC to make reservations...the staff moved some people around that were in a pet friendly room that didn't have pets so we could come with ours and got the room ready in an hour so that we could check in early- VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL! They also charged us a flat rate for our pets, which usually we pay a hefty price per pet. The rooms had been completely redone since I had family friends stay there last and were VERY clean and nice!! The beds were very comfortable as well! For the price you pay, it's a GREAT stay!! I highly recommend this place!!! GO VOLS:)!!!!

The location was just minutes to downtown. The desk staff and the housekeepers were helpful and professional. The room was a little small, but had everything we needed and was clean with plenty of nice towels. The pool was clean with sufficient chairs for everyone swimming. Daily FRESH BAKED COOKIES free!!! Can't beat that. Breakfast had more than enough choices of good food.

Were very friendly and helpful It was clean and the staff. Our room was very small and had only one chair. Laure It worked well for our purpose.

My wife & I traveled to this hotel for the UT Homecoming game. Its about a 5 min drive from the campus, and easy to get back to after the game. Location was surrounded by good restuarants, gas, and a Starbucks. Room (two bed, they were out of king) was a little cluttered with furniture, but we went to only sleep in the room. Rooms were outside entrance, which I liked, difused the sound of others, and smoking rooms didnt reach into ours. Nice staff. Room was clean, breakfast was ok. Well worth saving the money than going downtown and spending over 125 a night.

I liked it being pet friendly. The workers and food were great.

Have always had great experience with Hampton Inns, but this was the exception. Actually a motel, not hotel (outside entrance to rooms). Room was so tiny only one person can be moving at a time. Outdoor pool. Room was not clean--a few insect carcasses and hair in the bathroom. Complimentary shampoo bottle was 1/2 full. We cancelled our return night's stay and booked the Best Western right next door. GREAT decision--room was much cleaner and 3 times larger, king bed instead of queen, an indoor pool, and a better breakfast for the same price.

The room was very nice as well as the staff, but the room was a lot smaller than we had expected. It was very nice, but all the nice stuff they put into the room. The breakfast was fantastic.

Our stay at the hotel was a pleasant one. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I especially liked the picnic tables set around the hotel. The selection of restaurants close by is also a plus. Will certainly stay here again.

Friendly staff. Small (crowded) room. Staff is very friendly, customer service seems to be a very high priority. Room was a bit small, but was clean and comfortable. All in all, a good value. We travel though this area from time to time and will likely book here again.

I love this hotel. Every time I come here, they remember my name and act like family. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

Room was relatively clean. Food was awful, staff was rude, pool closed arbitrarily. This hotel was a basic clean room alright. The rest of the hotel was unprofessional and poorly run. The pool was randomly closed with very rude explanations and signage. The breakfast bar that had promised eggs and fruit; never had any eggs and the fruit was so stale it was inedible. As a gluten - intolerant person with celiac disease, I was dependent on those eggs and fruit to get a breakfast. I would have starved to death at this hotel.

The breakfast was wonderful and was constantly re-stocked, room had a refrigerator and there was a grocery store next door. The rooms were smaller, but very comfortable. Continental breakfast had good variety and was constantly re-stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were small, but adequate for sleeping and comfortable.

The pool. Outside rooms. The hotel was nice but there was a problem with our lock. It would only work if we inserted the card and lifted the handle and not if we turned the handle down. The manager said that the lock would have to be replaced after we left.

Convenience and location. Smaller rooms. I have stayed here twice. Each time its been above average. Outside access, quiet. Rooms are small, but when I travel I don't spend much time in the room. Fantastic!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good location, comfy beds. Small rooms very tight, missing coffee pot in coffee maker. Would recommend to anyone nice place, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, safe area.
