Good staff with poor ownership. Unfinished restoration. reat service and management but would not stay there if returning to Augusta.

I recently stayed at this hotel. What a shock! It is in a terrible neighborhood. Really scarey. We actually put chairs against our door. THe hotel is really run down and not clean. It was to late to find another place when we arrived but we quickly checked out the next morning. We were suppose to stay for three nights. We frequent the Comfort Inn while traveling. This is one to avoid!!!

It was close to the Augustsa National Golf Course. The smoking rooms smelled awful. It's a decent place to stay if you are going to the Masters in Augusta, GA because it is close to the golf course. The only problem we had was that the only room they had available was a smoking room, although we were unaware of the fact until we arrived. The room smelled awful and made all of our clothes smell bad, as well.

If you need to stay near the medical center, this motel is servicable, but nothing more. I wouldn't stay here for any other reason. The room was clean, but dinge. There are other hotels in much better areas of Augusta at night for the same price.

Nothing. Dirty blanket, soiled linens, dirty walls anddoor had a crack in it. I use hotels at least 5 times a month. I brought my father down to the Masters Golf Tournament. When we arrived there were local hooligans out side our room getting very drunk and my father was nervous about getting out of the car. I told that to the front desk and they said they could not change the room. The towels were smaller than a pillow sheet and were very, very old. Dirty walls, ceiling, linens were soiled, blanket had visual stains, there was a bug issue, TV was 20+years old and had a haze on the screen. There was a separation between the door and the frame, you could seen in and out when the door was closed. No water pressure and just disgusting.

the scariest motel that anybody could ever stay at or imagine. the smoke alarm was hanging off the wall, pull out sofa still had food and candy wrappers in it, hair in bathtub. barely slept a wink, checked out first thing in the morning!

The handicap bathroom was very nice for my husband. Breakfast food was not replenished even though we ate at 9:l5 am. Coffee was cold. Our experience was a good one. Needs more space in the bathroom for personal toiletries. The breakfast was not replenished. The regular coffee pot was empty and the decaf was cold. Had to warm in the microwave so we could drink it. All in all though, we were satisfied. We were going to the V.A. hospital in Augusta.

This motel is exceptional. Great rooms with frig, micro, iron and free full breakfast. Great pillows and towels. Service is excellent.

Hotel rooms are not clean or well kept. I would not recommend this hotel to others. I was a single businesswoman traveling through the area and not only was the room/bathroom not clean, there were spaces in between the door and doorjam that you could see outside, the neighborhood was unsafe, and incidentally there happened to be riots occurring in the area at the time of my stay. I ended up checking out the same night and staying in a different hotel approximately 10 minutes away.

I have stayed here a couple of times, but I found out that the owners had changed since the last time I had been there. The breakfast was much better and even the service had improved. I asked for extra towels and received them right away. They even allowed me to check out a little bit later because I was there to visit the hospital. I really recommend this place!

The kitchenette. Not knowing about event that may cause us not to sleep, example Children making loud noise, I would had prepared myself better. Hotel was nice, I just need to know if any events going on that may cause some disturbance. The hotel manager did a good job taking of it.

It is in a convenient location to the Veterans Hospital. Staff needed to be trained and updated on procedure. Our hotel stay was fine. We had a misunderstanding with the payment. It took them 2 days to return our money we gave them the first night, because they said they didn't have enough cash.
