Very good room for spending night on the road. Queit and comfortable. Easy to get to from I-20 away from all the congestion.

Reasonable price. Was given a smoking room despite requesting non-smoking. It's ok, but nothing great. Basic motel, not in keeping with what I expect from Quality. Better than staying in Bossier City, but still not great.

The Quality Inn in Marshall was comfortable, clean, well serviced, good location for our needs. We were close to all our family (for our annual reunion). Really enjoyed the breakfast which was excellent, the updated flat screen TV. The management staff was courteous and very accommodating. We will stay at this facility again next year. Thank You.

We took advantage of the business center. That is really just a computer in the lobby. It was a great entertainmt for my kids. The very first night I was there, I told the quite obese young man at the front desk that one of the roller wheels on the chair was off, and wouldnt stay on. I explained to him that all it would take would be for some nucklehead to sit down on the defective chair, fall down onto the hard floor, sustain an ortho injury and then bring a lawsuit against either the motel chain or the local owners. He eventually moved the chair to the back office. Next morning same chair is back at the desk. the roller wheel again falls off. No one had fixed the chair. It was still as defective as before. Eventually I shared my concern with the young gal at the desk (one of the owners). She did get the defective chair removed. No one got hurt. I'm glad I was able to prevent an injury and a subsequent frivolous lawsuit. I was perplexed that the fat boy didnt understand how there are lawyers all over Texas who would eagerly and gladly sue any property owner if a guest (business invitee) was injured.

Helpful staff even with problems. Original room was mess, got new room but upstairs. Upon arriving at room it was a total mess. Second room was nice, but upstairs. Seeing as we are both handicapped this was unfortunate, for us.

The staff was always ready to accommodate all requests. Nothing negative. Nice rooms, very clean and quite, decent pool and above average breakfast, good value for the price.

I arrived before noon (checkout), and the young man at the desk suggested that after having lunch I return for a room. He delivered, by 1:00. No complaints. None. This hotel is convenient to the interstate and on a main artery into town. I arrived early and they did their best to get me into a room in the early afternoon. Staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was typical of hi express, and the service area was kept clean and repeat with eats. My stay was quiet and restful. The room was ample and clean. I have no complaint on any aspect of my stay. I well may visit marshal next summer for a conference, and I will stay there if the plans woke out.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, good breakfast, great staff. Nothing bad about hotel, one car alarm kept going off. I have stayed in this hotel 4 times in the past year, on 4 separate trips. It continues to be clean and friendly. I look forward to staying here, and will stay here again when I am in Marshall.

The room was clean. Overall hotel was clean. Room was noisy. Had a lot of traffic on the road and was not well sound insulated. Overall stay was good. Clean and neat. Had a good continental breakfast available. Room was not cool enough for me and my husband and when we turned the thermostat down it seemed to have a bypass on it. The unit would not stay on. We also wanted it on to drown out the noise from the highway. Room was not soundproofed very well to keep the noise out.
