We were just there for the nights. The room was comfortable and the second day it was cleaned and fresh towels were put out. We have stayed in the Quality Inn in Marble Falls two other times and have no reason not to call them next time we go to Marble Falls

The lighting in the dressing area was nice and bright!! Had everything in the room that we needed as travelers (fridge, etc). Lighting in bathroom was bright (most motels have dingy lighting in bathroom). Bed was comfortable!

Great service. Management was very courteous and accommodating. I think it's just the people from the Hill Country in general; they're so nice. Ask for Sam.

The location was easy to locate and convenient. Blood on walls and bed spread. This hotel lacks integrity, there were minors staying in rooms unattended by adults but purchased by adults for prom night. Not to mention the old blood stains on the wall behind the door and the blood stains on the bed spread.

Believing I had left my Sony laptop computer and Cannon camera at a friends' house the night before only to find out 2 hours later that I had left it in our hotel room, The Quality Inn in Marble Falls, TX, I panicked! After we ate lunch, I returned to the hotel and the desk clerk was very relieved that I had returnedm she had been frantically trying to find my phone number to call me and had left a message at our home number but could not find my cell phone number. When I walked out of the office, a man walked up to me that my computer and camera were in a dark spot in our room and it would have been easily overlooked. I was still in shock that they had been turned in and the concern of the employees was over whelming! I wrote an email to the managers and they replied in a letter that they would pass along my comments to the hotel and staff.
