The shower handle for hot/cold came off in my hands while in the shower. The fire detector was off the wall and on the dresser. The air conditioner was not capable of cooling the room. It was 88, hot and uncomfortable. We complained and they told us it was the system and could not be helped. We were placed in the room next to the night club and were kept up all night by doors opeing and closing plus singing. The room was old and tired and not updated for years.

The staff was friendly! There were cigarette stains in the comforter and all around the bathroom sink! Hotel was nice considering I only had to stay one day, but I would not have wanted to stay more than one night there.

nice hotel, very clean rooms, staff outstanding. would refer to friends.

The rooms were spacious and breakfast was delicious. The hotel was family friendly and very convenient to shopping, highways and family and friends.

Motel is really rundown. Lobby looks nice but rooms are gross. Wallpaper is falling off and bed spread was really dirty. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was good but motel needs serious updating. Pool closes at 8pm!

Nothing. Customer service, hotel was dirty, rooms were not clean.

Rooms werequiet and clean, be comfortable and food wasgood. The rooms were equipped for a 5 night stay and everything you would need is right on site.

Convenient location. Dirty, in poor condition, some of the rooms offered should be condemned. We were given a disgusting room in what looked like an abandoned section of the hotel. There was a half-smoked cigarette butt and lighter on the window, which we assumed was left for later by the staff. The room smelled, the carpet and windows were filthy. When I picked up the phone to call the front desk, there were crumbs from chips or doritos or something all over it. The front desk was resistant but offered us another room two doors away. We refused the room because it looked like the door had been broken into and didn't even close tightly. First day, there was no coffee so we had to wait for some to be brought out - second day, there were no eggs and no one around to help - finally got a maintenance man who was cleaning floors in the bar next door to find someone from the restaurant.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and close to restaurants and shops. I enjoyed the comfort of the room and the friendly staff as well as the free breakfast but, the shower was awful, water was only lukewarm and shower faucets leaked horribly, one room the tub filled up as I was showering.

Quick, friendly service. First room wasn't acceptable. Serviced rapidly, decent place to stay and rooms and beding very comfortable.

Front desk staff. Convenience. Parking when they have an event.

It had a convenient location. The bathroom seemed kind of old and murky. The hotel itself was overall good especially for the money, I like everything.

Friendly staff. Discolored carpet in room. Hair in bathroom. Patches in ceiling/walls apparent. Low ceilings. Needs some freshening up - better drywall guys and painters. New carpet in room.

Great bang for your buck. The free hot breakfast is the finest you'll find anywhere. The showers here are awkward to use.

Good location with a decent staff. Hard to leave the parking lot. A major highway on either side of the parking lot. The hotel was clean and pleasant. It was safe and the breakfast was substantial. The staff was attentive and it was fine for the Philadelphia area. Because in the land of the blind - one eyed Jacks are King.

Best part was the comp breakfast: choice of eggs, pancakes, bacon, cereal, juice, coffee, bagels or muffins. Shower water pressure could be stronger & the sink faucet was too close to the back of the sink. It had comfy beds & pillows. Room was spacious (we're a family of 5) breakfast comp was awesome. Staff was friendly. If I needed to, I would stay at this hotel again.

Amenities like refrigerator, microwave, etc. The hallway to our room ant the first room assigned to us smells cigarette, they changed it but the hallway stinks of cigar.

Even though no non-smoking rooms were available, my room wasn't too bad; very nice bed and bedding. I believe this hotel is exposed to drug culture business; at times I was uncomfortable in my back hallway. This hotel is a left-over from years gone by. The front desk was courteous but I believe there may be a problem with drug culture clientele. The location encourages these possibilities.

The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast. The room was dirty and had molded and did not smell the best. There was allotting of damage. The outside of the hotel was nice, but the room I stayed it was not clean and it had a lot of damage. It reminded me of the Walter reed hospital, I saw on the news. If I had my choice, I would not stay at this hotel again.
Date of Stay:
October, 2006
Free hot breakfast. Bad smells, seedy parking lot. The hallways smelled like a cheap motel, the room itself smelled of mold. There was no remote control for the TV, I had to ask for it. The parking lot seemed very unsafe at night, badly lit, deserted, next to a boarded up wreck of an old motel.
