Don't use this hotel if you use a PDA for internet access. Their ISP, hot Air won't help you.

Direct access to I-4 and closeness to Orlando and Tampa. The continental breakfast was not good at all.

Breakfast was adequate, fruit, cereal and rolls with plenty of drinks. Not the most modern furnishings. Breakfast was plenty and always enough, we ate at 9:30 amand it ended around 10:00 am. Not much interaction with the staff but seemed friendly. Room had small refrigerator and microwave, TV and alarm clock.

The customer service provided is great. Some of the towels were a little stained and dingy.

Prompt attention to problems from management. Spiders, ants, and roaches in first room--wallboard appeared water damaged where spider found. Lovely lobby and breakfast area was nice, however food choices limited--no Deluxe breakfast. After problems with roaches, spiders, and ants in one room they put us in a suite that just had ants smaller number of them. Room appeared cleaner, no one cleaned room one day-we left late. Nice refrigerator and microwave in this room. Other room fridge not working well not cold enough. I probably would not stay here again, even though close to Disney. Too many creatures in the rooms.

Convenient location and economical. Sort of hard to locate. Needs bigger signs locating it from the exit. I would rate it as a good value for the money and helpful and pleasant staff.

Good location. Room smelled like an ash tray. Hotel was ok but the room really stinky of smoke.

Location. I was HIGHLY unset with having to pay as much as I did for that room. I would not recommend this hotel, unless the hotel management makes serious renovations!

Clean and enough parking near the room. I got a room with a king size bed and we were 3 adults and 2 children. The hotel was better than I expected. It was very clean and everyone was nice. The only thing was that I got a room with one king size bed and I was traveling with my parents and my two children. We had to request a fold out bed and had to pay extra because a room with two beds was not available. I was very disappointed and slept very uncomfortable.

The location was convenient to highway and food. I don't smoke so the smell of smoke in the halls is always a turnoff. If traveling I would stay here again. I did not expect it to be a 5 star resort. The location convience and ease in locating was great.

Very convenient location right off highway. Hard to get into hotel drive, hard to see. The hotel was good but overpriced!

Staff was extremely courteous. No restaurant in the hotel. Great rooms and location. Easy to get to Orlando, lots of restaurants near the hotel. Was more motel than I expected for my money.

Price and location. NA Room had a plastic odor and water pressure in shower was very low. Nice pool and spa. Had a continental type breakfast at no charge. Twice I got locked out of my room and front desk had to re-do card key.

Rooms and public areas recently renovated. Fronts hwy. 4. Based on this hotel chain, I thought that this property could be less than I desired. I couldn't have been more wrong! I was very pleasantly surprised at the "like new" room condition and a brand new workout facility was a big bonus. The staff was very friendly.

Very spacious and comfortable. Poor water pressure for showers. Very accommodating and comfortable enjoyed our time there and location was excellent and easy to find.

Location. The sink stopper in the sink did not work; I was put into a smoking room. Good for the purpose that it serves; near the highway, & a nice place to stay (overnight).

Location and friendly staff. Bug season was terrible could have cleaned bugs better. Convenient location and friendly staff. My visit came in the middle of bug season, which the staff said happened twice a year. However the hotel could have been cleaned better late in the day when the bugs died down.

Pool and Hot tub was very nice. Can't think of anything. Easy to get to from the highway. The hotel workers were very helpful. Hotel room was clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There were places to eat and gas was right there. Breakfast was very good. I'd give it an A+.

Continental breakfast. The housekeeping was shoddy. The hotel was fine for a 2 star. The construction around the hotel was horrendous & made it very difficult to drive around the area. The housekeeping left something to be desired!
