The hotel did have a table set up with brochures about various attractions, but various staff members were unable to give guidance about those attractions because they said they didn't know anything about them.

Refrigerator in the room and spacious rooms. Building and accommodations were very out dated. The hotel was older, in need of renovations, but overall was acceptable for a one or two night stay. The rooms were spacious, there was a refrigerator in the room and there were plenty of mirrors and lighting in each room.

My Husband and I checked into this hotel and noted there is only 1 restaurant, and it is not full service. It really is just a bar with a 6 item menu. The room was very large, yet the doors to outside were screwed shut and the windows don't open. The staff was very friendly, but that didn't make up for the single elevator which was broken most of our 3 day stay. Since the bar/restaurant does not have a "normal" menu, this is not a good place for a family to stay. If you are just looking for a large clean room directly across the street from Dutch Wonderland this is a good value for the money. If you want anything more, look elsewhere.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Close to all the main attractions in Strasburg! Right across the street from Dutch Wonderland. Great budget hotel.

Ok, I am supposed to be here all week for business, but I am checking out after one day. This hotel is dirty,dirty,old, and dirty. My room does not look like they even swept it. There are food crumbs and not just little ones but a whole peanuts all over the floor. The bathroom has mold, the room smells bad. The staff took 30 minutes to check me in because there were 3 people in front of me complaining, I should have ran after listening to the complaints but I am ussually a laid back person. I travel all over for work and this is the worste hotel I have stayed at in a long time. I paid $* for my room but honestly this should have been about a $* room. Do yourself a favor and skip it..

we went to Strasburg R.R., not far at all,I asked to use a compter, none available,This was a great trip, wonderful vaca area, plenty to do and see, great shopping for us shoppers.

Near everything. Outside door key didn't work. Nice clean Hotel. Stayed two nights. Shopping very close by. Nice restaurants nearby. Would stay here again.

This is an excellent hotel for families with small children who maybe interested in visiting the Dutch Wonderland Amusement Park (across the street) Huge indoor pool, huge outdoor pool (being refurbished the weekend we visited). Breakfst very good, but not very well organized. Not really well set up for the number of guests the hotel accomodates. Staff friendly and accomodating. Our rom was HUGE, larger thn our living room at home. If you are concerned about security, (we were not) the outdoor door we used was broken and did not lock. But well lighted parking area in front, elevator avalilable in lobby area, but it appears that this is an older hotel that has been converted and updated. Would recommend this to people who like children, if you do not like kids, stay somewhere ekse. The hotel was packed when we visited. Did not use the indoor pool due to the number of children and the amount of noise in an enclosed space. But would stay here again.

Were attaending a barershop convention at an adjacent conference center which was significantly more expensive than the Quality Inn.

The location was convenient with a nice walking path, golf course behind it that was Lancaster Host Hotel. The lobby people were not cordial, the stairwell & outside door were left propped open. Bathroom not clean. We stayed at this motel a few years ago. I think it was The Ramada then. We all loved it. Within walking distance to Tanger Outlet. We were in agreement that it had gone downhill since then. The free continental breakfast was unappealing compared to what other motels serve. We had very noisy children next to us and could hear their crying, etc. clearly. Only 12 channels on TV!

When we arrived on Sunday afternoon we found that the handicapped lift from the parking lot to the lobby was out of order. We presumed that a repairman was difficult to locate on Sunday and the lift would be fixed on Monday. Monday afternoon we returned to the hotel and the lift was still not fixed and we had to carry our 13 yr old son up the stairs in his wheelchair once again. He could not go to the indoor or ourdoor pools as they were accessible only by stairs. We found the inspection sticker on the llift was expired TWO YEARS ago. Location is great but hotel needs MAJOR remodeling to accomodate travelers in the 21st century!!

"It was very clean, comfortable with an extremely friendly staff, BUT, I can't understand why with 2 guests they give you 3 cups and 3 things of coffee. Makes no sense!!!!"

We went at the last minute and wanted to find the best deal with breakfast and maybe an indoor pool. The pool was nice, but I couldn't figure out how to turn on the sauna. The room was comfortable and the bedding was very nice. There was a sign in the bathroom stating prices for the linens and I was tempted to take the comforter. The room was nicely appointed with little touches like a heated bathroom floor. Nothing fancy but well stocked. The staff was helpful and polite. The hotel is located in the center of everything! Great for access but can be a headache when, in high season, traffic is pretty heavy. The heater/air conditioner was typical for any hotel, not accurate enough for lasting comfort. The settings were high low medium, not set with a thermostat.

"check-in girl very unfriendly and impersonable. room was deplorable - mold on sink,shower and refrigerator, dirty toilet and floor. asked maids down hall to look at room and even they were shocked. nice pool and breakfast."

The room that we were shown at the Quality Inn, Lancaster, Pa. did not look like it was properly maintained. It looked like there was mold on the ceiling and there were spider webs showing between the dresser mirror and the wall. The lady at the check in was very helpful. The location of the motel was very good, but it needs to be cleaned up.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Very nice continental breakfast. Supposed to be a non smoking room and found butts under night stand. A lot of chipped paint around bathroom area. Older motel so walls are thin and can hear everything in next rooms. People had a barking dog 2 doors down and we could hear that. Air conditioning/heat older and didn't work very well. We thought overpriced for what we got. Good location but probaably would stay elsewhere when in town.
