Good situation. Thanx to our member dollars interesting in price too. This motel has seen much better days (those when the pictures on their website were taken). It's old and you don't want to run barefooted on that rug. OK for one night only. The steakhouse down the street (Route 66) is excellent. The home made 'Red barn' draft is a must!

Me and my now husband David were on are way to Las Vegas to get married. We were more than half way there when we came to a town called Kingman, in Arizona. We pulled into a gas station to fill up and use the restrooms.Everything was going as planned,we would be in Vegas by night fall and be married the day after Cinco De Mayo.I got in the car and when Dave started it up thats all he did. The car would not go anywhere else.At first I thought this is a sign from up above, but we still need a place to stay and try to get some help.I went to the phone book looking in the motels area. Not having a clue where we were, but motels with some guest transportation from airport to the hotels sounded like the way to go.Quality Inn was the one I called. The manager Paul answered my call and asked if I would hold.He put a man on who asked me where we were.I told him street names and things that were around us and he told me he knew where Dave and I were, sit tight he is on his way.He was there within 15 min.and his name was Greg.Being razzeled and upset with the car and thinking about this being a sign,I didn't even relize how helpfull Greg was being with Dave and his wheel chair and had already placed our bags into the van.I apologized and got into the van myself.Anyways I just keep thinking how terrible this out come was getting and trying not to think how bad it could get.Greg was very friendly informative and made us feel at ease.He told us how his fiance also worked at the hotel and being around the same age as me after she got done cleaning rooms maybe we could meet.I am telling you what this hotel and its out going, thoughtfull two people who work for them made it possible for me and Dave to get married.I was finally not thinking the worst and I was relaxed, our room was clean and the manager Paul was helpfull and went out of his way to make sure all was good with us.I am so thankfull Quality Inn and Sarah the owner and Paul the manager had Greg and Jennifer on their staff, they really made a very worried stressed out situation end up in a positive way.I remember how I kept saying how lucky for me and Dave to of called the Quality Inn.My fingers did the walking and by luck picked the hotel that had a staff with nothing but Quality.Than you for saving our wedding day, Missy and Dave morales

My husband & I were moving across country with our dog. We chose this hotel based on the travel website ratings and pet policies. It was 10pm when we arrived and we were exhausted. The Front Desk Clerk was rude, abrupt and NOT welcoming AT ALL!!! It was cold that night, and our room was freezing cold. When we couldn't get the heater to work, we called the front desk, and she said the heat was turned off for the season. WHAT? NO HEAT??? If they were trying to keep operation costs down, that is NOT the area they should have chosen. She brought an extra blanket, which helped a little. What was worse, is that the room was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!!! The carpet was stained and the edges had so much dirt & dust that it couldn't have been vacuumed in ages. The furnishings were old & ragged, and the bathroom looked like it was barely cleaned. The fridge was dirty & falling apart. It was late and all we needed at that point was to get some sleep. Another thing is that they didn't have a 'pet' area, and having to walk outside in the dark was actually scary. The parking lot was not well lit. The good part of our stay is that the Front Desk Clerk at check-out was VERY pleasant & welcoming, and the hot breakfast was very good. The breakfast attendant was nice, and kept the breakfast area clean & well stocked with food. I'm sorry to say that I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone expecting more than a roof & a bed. If this ever happens again, we will not stay, regardless of how exhausted we are. It's our own fault for not requesting a different room.

When we first arrived at the Quality Inn, the city shut off the water, but I don't think it is the Inn's fault. Next, we were promised wireless connect and that wasn't working. The front desk gave me a 1-800 number and I was on the phone with them for 1 hour without success. Next the airconditioner was nothing more than a fan. The remote conrol for the t.v. had no batteries. Lastly, in the middle of the night, the fire alarm starting beeping for no reason. The staff tried to help as much as possible. The staff was extremely friendly.
